The game choice does not outweigh the cashout concerns

Ivibet brings casino games, live tables and sports betting into one account, with a broad choice of currencies and payment routes. Our withdrawal took 2 days. That is a positive result, but it does not cancel out the contractual restrictions or repeated complaints about verification and withdrawals.

We rate Ivibet 2.9 out of 5. The games and payment range are its strongest features; the ability to suspend payouts, the harsh verification deadline and broad bonus-abuse wording are the reasons we cannot recommend it with confidence.

This is a review of the international product, not a claim that Ivibet is authorised everywhere. Offers, games and payment methods change by country. Check your eligibility before opening an account, and do not use an alternative address to get around a restriction.

Check verification requirements before putting money at risk

Registration starts with choosing the appropriate country version and supplying the account and personal details requested. Use accurate information and payment methods registered in your own name. A completed signup does not mean the account has passed every check needed for a withdrawal.

Ivibet can request identity documents, payment evidence, proof of address and, in some cases, proof of funds or wealth. Selfies, telephone verification and video calls may also be required. Its terms specify permanent account closure and confiscation of winnings if required verification is not completed within two weeks.

That is a serious condition, not a minor administrative detail. Ask what documentation is needed before depositing, respond promptly to requests, and keep a record of what you supplied. Early verification can reduce avoidable delays, but it does not prevent further checks later.

The regulator lists Ivibet, but its legal wording is inconsistent

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s permit-holder list names Lufilight Ltd. alongside ivibet.com. It also lists hellspin.com and slotsgem.com under that company. Ivibet’s footer identifies Lufilight as a British Virgin Islands company, number 2186018, and quotes Kahnawake licence 01031.

However, section 2 of Ivibet’s terms names Techoptions Group B.V. and licence 00996, while the opening section and footer name Lufilight and 01031. The regulator’s domain listing supports Lufilight, but the inconsistency in the operator’s own document remains a reason for caution. We would not assume the different names are interchangeable.

The terms also treat certain low-risk roulette and opposing-bet strategies as grounds for anti-fraud action, with powers to suspend payouts and close accounts. The bonus rules give management broad discretion to classify players as bonus abusers and void winnings. These clauses make the risk about more than whether the licence is genuine.

A Kahnawake permit is not a local licence in every country. Ivibet’s restricted-country list includes the UK, US and Australia, among many others; being able to load the website does not establish eligibility.

A genuinely large lobby, with different lineups by country

Ivibet offers more than 15,000 games in its international desktop catalogue, including slots, live tables, crash games and game shows. The supplier list is extensive, with names such as Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Hacksaw, Nolimit City and Playtech. Availability changes with location and device, so a particular provider or title may not appear in every version.

Provider filtering and the separate casino categories are useful when the selection is this large. Demo links are available for supported games. The sportsbook is a separate product within the account: its bonus and deposit-turnover rules should not be applied to casino play.

The variety earns a strong games score. It does not make the withdrawal rules less important, and short-round games can make it easier to spend more quickly than intended.

40x on the welcome bonus; cashout caps on other rewards

Welcome offers: choose the product before comparing the headline

The euro-denominated first casino offer is 100% up to €100 plus 120 free spins, with an instant bonus round also advertised. The spins arrive in batches of 30 per day across four days, rather than all at once. The qualifying deposit must be a single transaction, and the bonus must be selected in the cashier.

The general casino-bonus minimum is €20, unless the specific offer says otherwise. Maximum bets with an active casino bonus are €5, including purchased features. Eligible slots contribute to wagering; table and live-dealer games do not, and there is a long excluded-game list.

A €100 bonus at 40x requires €4,000 in qualifying bets. That is turnover, not a guaranteed loss, and it does not remove the separate restrictions on the cash deposit. Check the expiry displayed for the particular casino offer rather than borrowing the sportsbook’s seven-day deadline.

The sports offer requires accumulators with at least two selections and total odds of 2 or higher. Its 5x figure is not a low-wagering casino offer. Withdrawing before casino bonus wagering is complete forfeits the bonus and resulting winnings; cancelling a bonus can have the same consequence.

Ongoing offers: reloads and free spins still have conditions

Ivibet advertises a Friday reload, slot races, promotional draws and separate sports rewards. Its app-installation and notification-subscription promotions advertise 10 free spins each. Under the general no-deposit rules, winnings are capped at €50, wagering is normally 40x, and you must complete verification and deposit at least €20 before cashing out. These are not unconditional cash gifts.

Standard bonus rules exclude cryptocurrency-denominated accounts. Crypto-specific deposit promotions also appear on the site, so check the exact promotion and account-currency conditions rather than assuming every crypto balance qualifies for the welcome offer.

VIP programmes: rewards do not neutralise the withdrawal rules

Casino VIP membership starts automatically after the first deposit. Qualifying cash bets earn one comp point per €30 wagered, and 100 points can be exchanged for €1. Level rewards carry 10x wagering; money received by exchanging points carries 5x. Bets made with bonus funds do not earn points.

The general bonus rules cap winnings from VIP, cashback, comp-point, tournament and other non-welcome bonuses at €10,000, with excess winnings forfeited. The VIP ladder nevertheless advertises a €100,000 top-level reward. That headline should not be read as €100,000 freely withdrawable: establish whether a specific exception applies before relying on it.

We would not increase gambling to reach a tier or qualify for a prize draw. A VIP label does not remove verification, bonus-abuse provisions or the need to establish how a large payout will be processed.

Our withdrawal took two days; the terms allow several obstacles

Deposits

Ivibet’s published ordinary minimum is €10, separate from the usual €20 casino-bonus threshold. Its terms name Visa, Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller, and the platform also supports crypto. More than 40 fiat currencies are listed alongside digital assets, but the payment methods available to a particular account depend on country and currency.

“No fees” is too broad a description. Although Ivibet says it normally takes no transaction commission, its terms permit processing-cost recovery in specified circumstances and allow some payment-provider charges to fall on the player. Currency conversion can also change the final amount charged.

Ordinary casino deposits must be wagered 3x before withdrawal under the fees clause; sports deposits have a separately stated 1x requirement. Declining a bonus therefore does not automatically make an unused deposit withdrawable without conditions.

Withdrawals

Our recorded payout completed in 2 days. Ivibet separately says some payment options can take up to three days to process, while verification can hold up or cancel a pending request. Our result is not a guarantee for another method, account or withdrawal amount.

Promotional conditions and higher VIP limits can change the standard caps. Requests exceeding a payment method’s own maximum may be paid in instalments. The policy also permits intermediary-bank charges up to €16 and a €12.50 manual bank-transfer fee on account closure.

For card deposits, Ivibet reserves the right to return withdrawals up to the deposited amount to the original card, with excess winnings paid by another method. For example, after a €100 card deposit, the first €100 of a payout may return to that card while the remainder needs an alternative route.

The generous headline caps are not proof that a large cashout will be straightforward. Verification, the two-week deadline and the operator’s discretionary terms are more important to our low withdrawals score than the maximum amount printed in the policy.

Mobile access without relying on a similarly named app

Ivibet’s mobile website has a responsive casino grid, game filters and navigation between casino and sports. It is the clearest route to the correct account without searching for an installer elsewhere.

The official installation promotion uses a browser-installable web app, with an Install App control on the site. That is not evidence of a native App Store or Google Play casino listing. Use the route offered by Ivibet itself and avoid treating similarly named store games as official clients.

Round-the-clock chat is not the same as a resolved dispute

Ivibet advertises 24/7 live chat. Its contact page lists support@ivibet.com for account help and complaints@ivibet.com for complaints, and says form enquiries receive a response within 24 hours. These are advertised service commitments, not a guarantee that a payment dispute will be settled in that time.

Public feedback gives reason to be cautious. The Trustpilot profile shows 2.9/5 from 320 reviews, with 64% one-star and 29% five-star ratings. Negative accounts repeatedly describe document requests, rejected withdrawals and account closures; positive reviewers also report completed payouts and helpful support. These reports are allegations and experiences, not independently adjudicated findings or a representative payout sample.

Keep payment references, document-upload confirmations and dated support messages. The terms contain short complaint deadlines, including a ten-day pre-trial complaint clause, so raise problems promptly in writing. If the operator does not resolve an eligible dispute, follow the Kahnawake complaint procedure. The Commission warns that parallel proceedings or public discussion can jeopardise its investigation, so read that process before escalating publicly.

Limits exist, but crypto deposits have a significant exception

Ivibet’s responsible-gambling page says support can arrange loss, deposit, gambling-session and wagering limits, as well as self-exclusion. These are support-assisted options, not proof of an instant self-service dashboard. Ask for written confirmation of the limit and when it takes effect.

The important gap is that deposit limits do not cover cryptocurrency deposits; the general terms also identify vouchers and CoinsPaid as excluded routes. Players relying on a deposit cap should not assume it will protect every payment method.

Kahnawake also provides a comprehensive self-exclusion process covering its licensed sites. It is permanent and irrevocable once effective, so read the requirements carefully. Neither an operator-specific exclusion nor an account closure should be assumed to block every unrelated gambling website.

A strong product range, but not a confident recommendation

Ivibet’s licence is verifiable and our two-day withdrawal is a genuine positive, but the harsh verification deadline, broad forfeiture clauses and recurring payment complaints keep our rating at 2.9 out of 5. Its large lobby and payment choice do not outweigh those concerns.
