That speed is only half the story. Licence Snapshot

The licence validator says operators must provide an independent dispute route, AML controls, responsible-gambling tools and certified RNG products. Those requirements are useful, but Anjouan does not offer the same mature complaint and enforcement system as stronger locally regulated markets.
