Fast crypto and deep rewards, with real trust caveats

Duelbits combines 4,000+ casino games from 60+ studios with live casino, in-house Originals, sports and an invite-only VIP layer. Crypto is central, although region-dependent fiat routes such as cards, PIX, Interac and UPI can appear through the cashier.

The main new-player offer is now Rookie Rush with up to 250 free spins, not the missing welcome package described in older copy. Ongoing value comes from rakeback and recurring Bits rewards rather than a large deposit match.

The trade-off is material. The domain-linked CGA certificate still says Active, but the September 2026 licence registry marks the renewal Assessment in progress. Duelbits also operates offshore, suffered a reported $4.6 million wallet-access incident in 2024, and attracts recurring allegations of KYC-related withdrawal delays. Its responsible-gambling toolkit is thinner than the product and rewards system.

Registration is simple; verification can arrive later

The live form asks for display name, email and password. It also offers Google, Steam, Telegram and MetaMask sign-in plus an optional referral or promo-code field. We opened and inspected the blank form without submitting personal data.

This is a light signup, not a no-KYC account. Current terms say enhanced verification generally begins when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach XCG 4,000, roughly €2,000, but Duelbits can trigger it earlier. Requests may include government ID, a recent address document, proof that you control the payment method or wallet, and source-of-funds evidence.

Turn on two-factor authentication before depositing. If an AML or security review starts, withdrawals can remain restricted until it finishes.

The certificate says Active; the registry says under assessment

Duelbits is operated by Liquid Entertainment N.V., Curaçao company 153298. No public source identified a controlling or beneficial owner, so the operator should not be treated as proof of ultimate ownership. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate lists licence OGL/2024/1507/0838 as Active, granted on 1 November 2024, and covers duelbits.com, duelbits.net and sportsbits.com.

The regulator's separate Online Gaming License Registry dated 10 September 2026 conflicts with that certificate. It lists the latest term as 24 June to 24 December 2025 and the status as Assessment in progress. That is not a revocation, but it means the licence should be described as under renewal assessment rather than simply current.

The operator's documentation is not fully maintained. Its Responsible Gambling page still prints legacy licence GLH-OCCHKTW076092020, while the current Terms and CGA certificate use the OGL number above. The Terms also give a different office address from the footer and certificate.

Two events matter to the trust assessment. Blockchain-security reporting traced about $4.6 million leaving Duelbits wallets in February 2024 after an apparent wallet-access or private-key compromise. In August 2025, Sweden's gambling regulator prohibited Liquid Entertainment N.V. from targeting Sweden without a local licence under case 25Si1471; Sweden was still absent from the operator's prohibited-country list when checked.

Complaints should start at support@duelbits.com. The Terms then mention a formal complaint and escalation to the CGA, but the CGA says it does not mediate individual payout disputes, and Duelbits does not name its required independent ADR provider in the Terms. Keep balances proportionate and save transactions, chats and terms before wagering.

Duelbits publishes 4,000+ casino games from 60+ studios; its homepage also uses a broader 5,000+ figure. We use the narrower casino claim because it matches the live lobby more closely. Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, Relax Gaming and Evolution sit among the strongest names.

The lobby covers slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows, jackpots and instant games. Search and category filters are useful, and many third-party slots have demo mode. Live availability still depends on location.

Duelbits also has around a dozen in-house Originals: Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Hi-Lo, Keno, Roulette, Blackjack, Dice Duels, Duel Poker, Scratch Cards and Duelbits Lottery. The fairness page publishes seed-and-nonce verification for ten named core games, while the Originals landing page describes the full set as provably fair. Third-party slots and live tables rely on supplier systems rather than Duelbits' verifier.

The sportsbook includes traditional sports, esports, racing, live betting, Bet Builder, 2UP early payout and parlay boosts. Predict, the operator's separate event-market product, is documented for sports, finance, crypto and entertainment but may be account- or location-dependent.

Crypto is the core route. Current help material supports BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, SOL, XRP, BNB, TRX, USDT, USDC, DAI, SHIB and additional network variants. Depending on country, the cashier may also expose cards or local rails through a buy-crypto or payment partner.

Withdrawals at Duelbits

Duelbits says it aims for near-instant processing and charges no operator withdrawal fee. Blockchain costs still apply, and security, compliance or network reviews can extend the wait. Current first-party examples put BTC and ETH minimum withdrawals at $50 and several alternative coins or stablecoin routes at $10.

Public feedback is mixed. Many users describe routine crypto withdrawals as quick, while repeated complaints allege delays or account restrictions after KYC starts. Treat those as user reports, not proven outcomes for every account, and test a modest withdrawal before building a large balance.

The mobile website is the official product, not a store app

Duelbits runs through a responsive browser interface on iOS and Android. Casino games, sports, the cashier, promotions and rewards are available without installing a native app.

No verified Duelbits casino listing appeared in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Some operator marketing calls the mobile product an app, but the defensible route is the website or its add-to-home-screen experience. Avoid third-party APK pages and lookalike store results.

24/7 chat is convenient; compliance cases need a paper trail

Duelbits advertises 24/7 live support, maintains a detailed Help Center and accepts email at support@duelbits.com. No operator phone number appears in the footer, Terms, help centre or contact surfaces.

Chat is the quickest route for ordinary account, deposit and bonus questions. A KYC or frozen-payment case is different: front-line agents may not control the compliance decision, so send one complete email with the account ID, transaction hashes, dates, requested documents and chat reference.

At our check, Trustpilot showed 3.4/5 from 310 reviews. Positive comments often mention the interface, rewards and quick routine payments; negative reports cluster around verification, withdrawal holds and account closure. Casino Guru listed 70 complaints: 20 resolved, 3 unresolved and 47 rejected. These are useful warning patterns, not adjudication of every allegation.

Self-exclusion exists, but everyday account limits are weak

The current public policy does not show a self-service dashboard for deposit, loss, wager or session limits. It tells players to set their own money and time limits, while independent hands-on reviews repeatedly report that configurable account controls are absent. That is a weak fit for a product built around frequent rewards and progression.

The meaningful operator control is self-exclusion through live chat or email. A request first triggers a 24-hour cooling-off period, followed by one week, one month, six months or permanent exclusion. It can cover casino, sportsbook or both, and remaining funds are returned manually. Temporary exclusions automatically end when the selected period expires; confirmed periods cannot be shortened.

The policy also shifts responsibility to the player if a new or undisclosed account bypasses the block. Use device and payment blocks as a second layer, and choose permanent exclusion if reopening would put you at risk.
