V.Vegas keeps the old depth and the old cashout friction

Vulkan Vegas has rebranded as V.Vegas, but the core product is familiar: thousands of slots and table games, a sportsbook, a 99-level loyalty programme and support for cards, e-wallets, bank routes and crypto. The new site is polished and responsive, and the game lobby is its clearest strength.

The terms are less forgiving. Welcome rewards use 40x cash wagering and cap promotional cashouts at 5x, low-turnover withdrawals can lose 20%, and large payouts can face capped monthly windows. The Curaçao certificate also says Active while the regulator's registry still shows the licence renewal under assessment.

Public feedback is mixed rather than conclusive. The legacy VulkanVegas Trustpilot profile contains thousands of reviews; recurring praise focuses on game choice and helpful support, while negative reports focus on KYC and larger withdrawals. These are user allegations, not adjudicated findings.

Signup is simple; verification can arrive at any time

The blank public form offers email or phone registration. We inspected the email route without submitting data; its first step asks for email, password and account currency, with personal details handled later in the flow.

Whitebox can request proof of identity at any time. The Terms specifically require identification when a requested withdrawal exceeds USD 1,000, and larger deposits or risk flags can trigger proof of address, payment-method evidence or source-of-funds checks.

Do not open a second account after the Vulkan Vegas to V.Vegas rebrand. The single-account clause allows duplicate accounts to be closed and winnings voided, so returning players should recover the old account through support rather than registering again.

Is the Curaçao licence active or still under assessment?

The current Terms say V.Vegas is owned and operated by Whitebox B.V., Curaçao company 155412. Payments are managed by T&C Whitebox CY Limited in Cyprus as Whitebox's authorised agent. No public filing reviewed for this article identifies Whitebox's ultimate beneficial or controlling owner.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate names v.vegas, Whitebox B.V. and licence OGL/2024/822/0338, granted on 14 April 2025, with status Active. However, the regulator's 22 July 2026 licence registry shows the same licence with an April 2026 expiry date and status Assessment in progress. Until those primary records agree, describing the Curaçao licence as unconditionally current would be misleading.

The older vulkanvegas.com terms display a different licence number, so they should not be used as proof of the V.Vegas certificate. The service also excludes many countries, including the UK, US, Australia, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Brazil and Japan. Complaints begin with the operator, while the CGA says it does not decide individual player disputes; practical recourse is weaker than under a strong local regulator.

Thousands of games are easier to browse than to count

V.Vegas markets thousands of slots from more than 40 studios rather than a stable deduplicated total. The lobby covers slots, live casino, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, video poker, crash games, jackpots, game shows and instant games. Search, provider filters and demo buttons make that breadth manageable.

Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO, NetEnt, BGaming, Yggdrasil, Endorphina, Spinomenal and Evoplay were among the current verified provider set. Live casino includes dealer tables and game shows, while the main navigation also exposes sports betting, tournaments and jackpot categories.

The casino lets visitors open demo play on many game cards without funding an account. Availability still changes by country and provider, so the honest number is “thousands,” not a manufactured exact catalogue total.

Cashier variety does not cancel the payout limits

Before depositing, verify the method can also receive withdrawals and use an account in your own name. Whitebox may return funds through the original route and request extra evidence when the payment name or method changes.

Withdrawals at V.Vegas

For verified players, the binding Terms use amount-based approval windows rather than one universal payout promise.

The sharper costs sit outside that table. If playthrough is below 2x the deposit, Whitebox can withhold 20% of the withdrawal. When balance plus lifetime and pending withdrawals reaches at least 20 times total deposits, cashouts may be limited to €5,000 per 30 days.

Those rules matter more than a fast small-payment headline. Keep the balance below the amount you can comfortably withdraw through the published ladder, complete KYC early and save the cashier terms shown when you request payment.

Mobile works well, but the app routes need care

The responsive V.Vegas site reflowed correctly at 430px with touch enabled and no page-level horizontal overflow. The game lobby, providers, search, favourites and account routes remain usable without installing software.

The official app page advertises an Android APK for Android 6.0+, and that direct download establishes an Android app. It also describes an iOS App Store route for iOS 12.0+, but no official V.Vegas iOS listing was resolved in the major storefronts checked, so this review does not mark an iOS app as independently available.

Use only the download buttons on v.vegas; Google Play contains at least one unrelated lookalike using the V.Vegas name. Players who prefer not to sideload software lose little by staying with the verified mobile website.

Support publishes clear targets and conflicting deadlines

V.Vegas advertises 24/7 live chat and email at support@v.vegas. Formal complaints can be sent to complaints@v.vegas with account details, dates, evidence and relevant chat or transaction records. No operator phone number appears on the current V.Vegas footer, complaint page or policy pages.

The dedicated complaints policy targets acknowledgement within one week, resolution within four weeks, and five business days for responsible-gambling complaints. It also says complaints must arrive within six months. The binding Terms instead allow twelve calendar months, so the safer course is to use the stricter six-month deadline and keep written proof of submission.

Public feedback is mixed rather than conclusive. Some reviewers report quick help and payouts; others allege slow withdrawals, repeated KYC requests or account problems after the rebrand. These are user reports, not adjudicated findings, but they justify testing support and a small withdrawal before holding a large balance.

Personal limits exist, but self-exclusion needs support

The controls are useful, but they depend more on support than the best automated systems. There is no verified participation in a universal self-exclusion register and no documented withdrawal lock, so players who need a hard barrier should add device, bank or payment blocking tools.
