Huge range, but risk matters more than the headline

1win combines a 15,227-game casino with a deep sportsbook, poker, proprietary games and an installable web app. It has a broad payment mix and a published 20-level loyalty ladder.

The 600% and 500% welcome figures are two account-currency tracks, not the same offer contradicting itself. Crypto accounts can receive up to 600% across four deposits; fiat accounts can receive up to 500%. Both tracks advertise 500 free spins. The homepage does a poor job of explaining that distinction.

The bigger concerns sit elsewhere. The certificate names 1win.pro rather than 1win.com, the regulator's certificate and register disagree on current status, withdrawal limits vary by account, and a major 2024 data breach exposed about 96.2 million records. Those strengths and risks produce our 3.3/5 score.

Registration is quick; verification comes at withdrawal

The registration panel asks for currency, phone, email and a password of at least eight characters. It also offers an optional promo-code field. Currency and calling code change with location.

We did not submit personal data or create an account. The form links acceptance to the user agreement, so check country restrictions and use details and payment methods that belong to you.

Multiple current payment guides and complaint records agree that KYC commonly begins at the first withdrawal rather than signup. Expect a government ID, a recent proof of address and proof of the payment method. Reviews report roughly 24 hours to three days for verification, with withdrawals held until checks finish.

The licence record is messy, and the breach is material

1Win N.V., Curaçao company 147039, is named as operator. The live Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for licence OGL/2024/587/0621 says Active, was granted on 26 March 2025 and names 1win.pro.

The CGA register dated 10 July 2026 lists that licence with a 6 March 2026 expiry and Assessment in progress. Neither official source names 1win.com on the certificate. Regional pages also retain the older 8048/JAZ2018-040 number. MFI Investments Ltd, Cyprus company HE386738, appears in the terms as payment agent and subsidiary.

Security is another reason for caution. Have I Been Pwned records a November 2024 1win breach affecting about 96.2 million records, including email and IP addresses, phone numbers, birth dates, locations and SHA-256 password hashes. Independent security reporting corroborates it. Use a unique password and enable the optional SMS or email two-factor authentication; do not reuse a password exposed elsewhere.

Complaints start with 1win support. The CGA handles regulatory malpractice reports but says it does not decide individual payout disputes. Keep balances proportionate, save every transaction record and ask the operator for its formal external-dispute route if an internal complaint fails.

Withdrawals at 1win

Small withdrawals of $50 or less are repeatedly reported at one to 60 minutes. Ordinary larger withdrawals can take up to five days, although a few hours to one day is more typical; crypto is often faster. These are reported operating ranges, not guaranteed SLAs.

Before any withdrawal, 1win's rules require bets equal to at least 100% of each deposit, even without a bonus. For winnings above $50,000, several current sources and the tested source document agree that 1win may impose an individual daily payout limit without publishing the cap. The site advertises 24/7 support. Current 1win forum staff direct players to support@1win.pro and live chat. Independent tests put live-chat replies from under a minute to about 15 minutes depending on queue and chatbot handoff. Email replies are commonly reported within 24 to 48 hours.

No operator phone number appears on the Global English surfaces, and multiple reviews explicitly report no phone channel. Regional Russian or Indian numbers are not evidence of Global phone support. Addresses on .social, .xyz or unverified .com pages should not replace support@1win.pro.

For a payment or KYC dispute, send one detailed case with account ID, transaction IDs, dates and screenshots. Ask for the formal internal decision if the answer stalls. External complaint sites can document patterns, but they do not replace a binding ADR decision.

Limits and self-exclusion are available on request

1win's terms and betting pages support deposit limits, session-duration restrictions, cooling-off, temporary suspension and permanent self-exclusion on request. These controls appear to depend on support or settings rather than a clearly documented universal self-service dashboard.

No reliable evidence establishes self-service wager limits, loss limits, reality checks, withdrawal locks or participation in a cross-operator exclusion register. Request the longest appropriate restriction in writing and keep the confirmation. Independent device and payment blocks remain useful because access to an offshore account may not be covered by local exclusion systems.
