The licence and website use different company names

The Anjouan licence is ALSI-202507028-FI2, with Spades Limitada named on the licensing register. The live website footer instead uses Spades Limited, registration number 3-102-920955, at an address in Costa Rica.

That naming discrepancy remains a reservation. The offshore licence is not a local authorisation for every country, nor a guarantee about withdrawal timing. Jacks Club also provides fairness information for its own games, which is a separate matter from the identity of the contracting company.

The direct welcome page advertises top rates of 270%, 300%, 330% and 360% for the first through fourth deposits. Their respective displayed caps are $20,000, $40,000, $60,000 and $100,000. The last figure is the maximum on a single deposit, not cash received just for registering.

The first-deposit choices start at $10 for 120%, rising to $80 for 150% and $400 for 270%. The selected deposit tier therefore matters as well as the headline percentage. The generic bonus overview still describes a $20,000 total package, so its wording does not agree with the direct offer details.

Awards are locked funds. The release calculation is wager × house edge × 20%, not a refund of 20% of the amount staked. The operator's example uses a game with a 2% house edge: $2,500 wagered releases $10. A minimum of $0.01 must be unlocked before it can be claimed.

The welcome page states no expiry, no maximum bonus bet and no restricted game category. However, the general terms allow the effective house edge used for XP to be reduced, including to zero for games considered vulnerable to wagering abuse. Do not assume that every bet makes identical bonus progress. This is a release mechanism rather than a standard fixed rollover multiplier.

Login rewards and recurring bonuses are separate offers

The homepage promotes instant cashouts, while the terms allow up to 72 hours when cryptocurrency must be moved from cold storage to a hot wallet. Blockchain confirmation and compliance checks can cause further delay.

That 72-hour allowance is a policy window, not a completed payout measurement. For a time-sensitive cashout, the limiting terms matter more than the homepage slogan. Retain the request details and transaction reference for any support query.
