Is Thunderpick worth a look?

Thunderpick does not feel like a normal online casino that added esports as another tab. Esports is the centre of the product, with a proper sportsbook around it, while the casino adds more than 2,000 games, live tables and Thunderpick Originals such as Crash, Spin and Plinko.

That makes it pretty distinctive in our eyes. The awkward part is not the product, but rather the legal presentation. Thunderpick currently shows two different operator and licence structures across its own materials. How does Thunderpick signup work?

The basic signup starts with an email address and password. From there, Thunderpick can request identity documents, address evidence, payment evidence, a selfie or even a verification call when its checks are triggered.

We are not treating that as evidence of a fake licence. Both routes appear real. Our criticism is transparency: a player should not have to reconcile two operator stories to understand who is responsible for a casino.

What games and providers do they have at Thunderpick?

Thunderpick advertises more than 2,000 casino games, including slots, around 184 live games and its own Originals. They have Pragmatic Play and NetEnt among their providers, while Crash, Spin and Plinko give the in-house side its own identity.

The current terms set a €10 equivalent minimum withdrawal and a standard €100,000 weekly maximum, with possible VIP exceptions. Very large wins above €400,000 can be paid in monthly instalments. What safer gambling tools does Thunderpick offer?

Thunderpick allows cooling-off and self-exclusion through its responsible gambling process, with support involved in account restrictions. The current terms also state that a gambling-problem closure cannot simply be reversed before the agreed period ends.
