Real cash instead of a wagered bonus — but the caps matter

Cloudbet has been live since 2013, one of the oldest crypto-betting brands still running under the same name. The product today combines a 3,000+ game casino with a full sportsbook and Cloudbet Originals, and it takes 30+ cryptocurrencies (29 named in the current terms) across multiple blockchain networks.

The biggest change is the welcome offer. There is no traditional deposit match: new players earn up to $2,500 in real cash rewards over their first 30 days instead of a large locked bonus with a wagering requirement. That is the core reason most players choose it.

The catch is that unverified accounts face two separate $2,200 limits: a lifetime deposit cap and a daily withdrawal limit that resets every 24 hours. Completing Level 2 verification removes both. That matters more than the headline number when you decide whether this is the right operator for you.

Registration is quick; the limits are tied to verification

Opening an account doesn't require full KYC straight away. You can register and play before completing Level 2, but staying unverified puts real limits on the account.

Level 1 verification only requires a phone number. Level 2 needs photo ID, proof of address and face verification, and typically clears instantly, though manual approval can take up to 24 hours.

The difference matters. Accounts without Level 2 carry a $2,200 lifetime deposit cap and a $2,200 daily withdrawal limit. The deposit cap is cumulative across all deposits, not a per-day amount; the withdrawal limit resets every 24 hours. Cloudbet can also request verification at any time, so even a fully built-up account is not permanently free of document checks.

If you plan to use the account regularly, finish Level 2 early rather than discovering the $2,200 limit when you try to withdraw.

A direct Curaçao licence, with one status caveat

Cloudbet is operated by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. (Curaçao company 148526) and holds a direct Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, OGL/2024/328/0599, which the regulator's certificate names for cloudbet.com directly. Some payment methods are handled by the operator's wholly owned Cyprus subsidiary, Solas Technologies Limited.

RNG-driven casino games are externally tested to independent-regulator standards, while Cloudbet's in-house Originals are provably fair: you can verify each result with a server-seed commitment, client seed and nonce.

Two caveats belong on the page. First, Cloudbet received an ACMA formal warning in Australia in 2022 for providing services to players physically in Australia; it now lists Australia and other jurisdictions as restricted. Second, the CGA register's latest edition records the licence renewal as “Assessment in progress” (under review, prior term shown ending 23 May 2026), while the certificate page still lists it as Active. Neither officially revokes or suspends the licence, but the status should be read exactly as reported.

For disputes, Cloudbet's terms point unresolved complaints to CADRE, a Curaçao-certified independent ADR whose decisions it accepts as binding on both parties — a real escalation path, though still offshore rather than a home-country regulator. Curaçao courts remain the governing law and exclusive jurisdiction.

3,000+ games from around 80 providers

Cloudbet publishes a catalogue of 3,000+ games. Slots lead at around 1,700+ titles, alongside a real live-dealer suite (364 games), table games, crash games, jackpots and instant games. Suppliers number roughly 80 live studios — not the “100+” in some older copy — including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Nolimit City, Evolution and Ezugi.

Cloudbet's in-house Originals are the differentiator. The studio line runs to 23 titles; the dedicated Originals tab shows 11 games, 10 tagged as provably fair. Mines, Dice, Plinko, Limbo and Keno publish 99% RTP, but the qualification matters: roulette variants sit at around 97%, so “99%” does not describe every title. Provably fair covers the Originals only, not the third-party slot lobby, which relies on supplier RNG certification.

There is a full sportsbook and esports menu on the same account, so you don't need to move money between separate casino and betting wallets.

Crypto-first payments with two limit regimes

Deposits at Cloudbet

Direct crypto deposits are the normal route. Fiat is in flux. Cloudbet announced fiat deposits and withdrawals would be discontinued (effective late Aug 2026), yet its current help pages and currencies landing page still describe Swapped and card rails. Lead with crypto and treat card/Swapped availability as needing a live-cashier check rather than a promise.

Withdrawals at Cloudbet

Most crypto withdrawals process instantly, with some taking up to 24 hours; the standard ceiling depends on verification. Unverified and Level-1 accounts face a $2,200 daily withdrawal limit, while Level 2 removes the standard daily ceiling — though larger cashouts can still be reviewed for security.

There is also an unusual playthrough rule, published in the help centre rather than the contract body. Unverified users must wager deposits 1x before withdrawing; verified users only need 25% of the deposited amount — so a $500 deposit as a verified player needs $125 in settled casino or sports bets. That is much lighter than the 1x AML turnover used by many crypto casinos. The contract also reserves a handling charge of up to 5%, but there's no evidence it is routinely applied.

No native app, but the browser/PWA experience is complete

Cloudbet does not offer an official native iOS or Android app and distributes no APK. The casino and sportsbook run through the mobile website, which several 2026 reviewers describe as a browser-installable PWA rather than a store app.

The browser version gives you the full casino lobby, sportsbook, cashier, rewards system and account controls without needing a separate download. Cloudbet explicitly warns against apps or APK files claiming to be official software — install nothing and use the official website only, adding it to your favourites if you want it on the home screen.

24/7 chat and email, no phone line

Cloudbet offers 24/7 live chat and email at support@cloudbet.com. First-party material says live chat usually answers within minutes while email responds within a few hours — though Trustpilot reviews routinely describe slower email once a case needs escalation.

There is no general telephone support. For legal and licence queries there is a dedicated compliance@cloudbet.com. The 15+ first-party interface languages reflect UI localisation, not a published list of support-team spoken languages, so don't assume coverage beyond English if that matters to you.

For a payment or KYC dispute, send one detailed case with account ID, transaction IDs, dates and screenshots. If it stalls without a usable answer, the terms point to CADRE as the binding ADR step.

Self-service deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion

Cloudbet has a fairly complete set of self-service controls that are documented first-party. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits; deposits above the limit are temporarily held and released at reset rather than simply rejected. Cooling-off runs for 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months, and auto-reactivates when the period ends.

Self-exclusion runs for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanently, and a lifetime exclusion cannot be reversed. For temporary self-exclusion, you must contact Cloudbet to reactivate once the period ends — the account does not reopen automatically. The distinction matters: cooling-off reopens by itself, self-exclusion does not.

What Cloudbet doesn't offer is also clear: no documented loss-limit or wager-limit tool, and responsible-gambling tools are documented in help and policy pages rather than the contract body. If day-to-day loss or wager caps matter to you, choose an operator that provides them.
