Casino lists use "new" loosely. We checked when each site first appeared for Irish players, opened accounts, read the bonus terms and worked out the wagering in euros.

Checked August 2026: Alan Woods tested the accounts and rechecked the offers, game counts, payment routes, apps and licence pages.

Several names dropped out. Some supposed alternatives shared an operator, platform or licence, while a few "launch dates" turned out to be global brand dates or licence dates.

Eight sites remained. We count a casino as new from its Irish-market entry, not from the birth of the global brand or the issue date on a licence. Where no launch announcement exists, we use the earliest dated Irish page or localisation and call it "verified by". If we cannot date the Irish entry, the casino gets no credit for recency.

Age does not decide the order on its own. We also looked at the complaint route you would have if a withdrawal stalled.

That is why Betmaster leads even though Puntit is newer. Most of the freshest arrivals have thinner regulatory cover.

A new casino still has to get the boring stuff right

Start with the licence. A new site has little payout history, so the complaint route has to do more of the work.

An MGA licence gives you a defined complaints process and an approved ADR body. That matters when support stops answering and your balance is still on the site.

Curaçao is weaker, but it is not a dead end. The Curaçao Gaming Authority complaints policy requires a written complaint to the operator first and can send unresolved cases to independent dispute resolution. For an Irish player, that offshore route is less convenient than MGA-approved ADR.

Next, price the bonus properly. A €1,500 bonus at 40x on bonus funds means €60,000 of wagering. A €100 deposit plus €100 bonus at 40x on both means €8,000. The multiplier alone tells you very little unless you know what it applies to.

Before depositing, check the domain and decide how much you are prepared to leave on the site.

Type the address yourself and match the operator and licence number in the footer with the regulator's record. A copied logo proves nothing.

Upload identity documents only when the casino asks for them, and only through the secure account area on the verified domain. Do not use an unsolicited email or chat link. At the offshore casinos, keep the first deposit small and try a withdrawal before leaving a larger balance there.

Which new online casino in Ireland is worth an account first?

Betmaster ranks first at 4.8 out of 5. Its Irish casino is under the MGA, while its sportsbook has a separate GRAI remote-betting licence. BM Solutions GB Ltd also has UKGC casino and betting permissions, but those apply to the British operation, not an Irish Betmaster account.

It has more than 8,100 games, our e-wallet withdrawal arrived within minutes once approved, and it has the strongest Irish player feedback of the eight casinos here.

The weak point is the bonus. The €20 minimum deposit is higher than most of this list, and the sticky 35x requirement suits regular play better than a one-off claim.

The 8 best new online casinos in Ireland

1. Betmaster - 4.8 / 5

Betmaster is not the newest site here. It wins because the Irish casino has MGA oversight, the sportsbook has GRAI authorisation and the wider brand has a separately licensed British operation. The 8,100-game lobby and quick post-approval e-wallet transfer help too.

Irish market entry: The dedicated betmaster.ie domain is verifiable by 17 June 2022. The global brand dates to 2014 and the MGA licence was issued in 2021, but neither date is used as the Irish entry date.

Welcome offer: 100% match up to €500 plus 200 free spins on Sweet Bonanza, from a €20 minimum deposit. The match has 35x wagering on bonus funds within seven days and a €5 maximum bet, so the full €500 bonus creates €17,500 of qualifying stakes. The spins unlock later and their winnings carry a separate 35x requirement. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify.

Games library: More than 8,100 games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Relax Gaming, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming and Nolimit City, with an Evolution live floor alongside crash games and bingo.

In testing: Our e-wallet withdrawal landed within minutes after approval. Support is available by live chat and email, and complaints@betmaster.ie gives you a separate written route. BM Solutions Ltd holds the MGA casino licence, while the GRAI register covers remote betting in Ireland. The UKGC record belongs to BM Solutions GB Ltd and covers betmaster.co.uk and betmaster.uk, not the Irish account.

Why you might skip it: Betmaster is the oldest global brand in this ranking. Its €20 minimum deposit is four times Boo's €5 entry point and double the €10 at Ice and Bizzo. The sticky bonus releases only when the cash balance is nearly gone, as our worked example shows.

2. Boo Casino - 4.6 / 5

Boo is the other MGA option. We could not date its Irish launch, so it gets no recency credit. It ranks second because its complaint route is clearer than the offshore alternatives.

Irish market entry: Current Irish availability is established, but we could not verify a dated Irish launch or Ireland-specific route. Boo's 2019 global brand year and the older MGA licence are not used as Irish entry dates.

Welcome offer: Up to €1,000 plus 150 free spins across three deposits, from a €5 minimum deposit. Boo applies 40x to the deposit plus bonus, while spin winnings carry a separate 25x requirement. A €100 deposit matched with €100 therefore creates €8,000 of qualifying stakes. The complete package cannot be priced from the headline alone because each stage needs its own qualifying deposit.

Games library: More than 6,700 games with an Evolution live floor and a bingo room, set out provider by provider in our Boo write-up. It is broader than Puntit and Lucky Days, but still well behind Betmaster, Winawin, TonyBet, Ice and Bizzo.

The useful bit: Trustly sits beside Paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller, so an Irish bank transfer does not require a card. Boo's Malta licence also names an approved external dispute-resolution route.

Where it falls short: There is no app on either store, so it is browser-only on a phone, and there is no PayPal. Its exact Irish-market entry date remains unresolved, so Boo gets no recency credit and sits second on the strength of its regulatory route rather than age.

3. TonyBet - 4.5 / 5

TonyBet has more than 12,700 games and 30x wagering on bonus funds. Puntit and Lucky Days advertise 25x, but apply it to the deposit and bonus together. Their lower headline number is not cheaper by default.

Irish market entry: A dedicated tonybet.com/ie route is verifiable by 28 March 2023. TonyBet's older Baltic brand history is excluded from the recency comparison.

Welcome offer: Up to €1,050 plus 150 free spins across two deposits, from a €20 qualifying deposit. The 30x applies to bonus funds and bonus-spin winnings. The €1,050 cash-bonus total therefore creates €31,500 of qualifying stakes, before any separate wagering on spin winnings.

Games library: More than 12,700 games with 100+ live tables. Bizzo and Ice carry larger total catalogues, but only Ice beats TonyBet for live coverage.

Payments: TonyBet has the widest choice here: PayPal, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly and bank transfer. PayPal is rare among these newer sites. Our e-wallet withdrawal took about 12 hours.

What we don't like: When Alan checked in August 2026, the Irish iOS app rated 2.7 out of 5. Android availability conflicts across the current records, so the Irish route should be checked before installation. Estonian regulation is EU-based, but it offers a different dispute route from Malta's, which is what keeps TonyBet behind the two sites above.

4. Puntit - 4.5 / 5

Puntit is the newest verified Irish entry on the list, with an EN-IE route captured in November 2025. The site is easy to use, but its Curaçao complaint route is weaker than the three casinos above it.

Licence warning: Puntit uses Curaçao licence OGL/2023/159/0076, held by White Star B.V. You must complain to Puntit in writing before an unresolved case can move to the offshore ADR route. That is less direct than MGA-approved ADR, so start small and test a withdrawal.

Irish market entry: An EN-IE route is verifiable by 24 November 2025, the latest dated Irish-market evidence in this ranking. We found no primary launch announcement proving the previous October date, so it has been removed.

Welcome offer: Up to €500 across five deposits from €20. The stages are 100%, 50%, 75%, 50% and 100%, each capped at €100, and 25x applies to deposit plus bonus. Maxing all five needs roughly €733.33 in deposits; adding the €500 bonus and multiplying the combined €1,233.33 by 25 produces about €30,833 of qualifying stakes. A minimum €20 first deposit matched with €20 creates €1,000. The Puntit bonus terms are worth reading before you claim.

Games library: More than 1,000 games, the smallest catalogue on this list, covering slots, around 50 video tables, live dealer, crash games and Megaways titles.

What works: The site is the cleanest here to move around, and a weekly 10% cashback on net losses lands every Friday, which is unusual for a site this young.

What lets it down: The payment list is thin, with no PayPal, Skrill or Neteller. The welcome offer starts from a €20 qualifying deposit, and there is no published VIP scheme.

5. Bizzo Casino - 4.4 / 5

Bizzo adjusts its first-deposit reward to the size of that deposit. The 20,600-game lobby is huge, but the unresolved licence assessment keeps it in fifth place.

Licence warning: The Curaçao register we checked in August 2026 lists OGL/2024/590/0758 for TechSolutions Group B.V. The recorded period ended in April 2026 and the assessment was still unresolved. That is not settled approval.

Irish market entry: Ireland localisation assets are verifiable by 2 July 2022. That proves Irish-market configuration by then, not the exact public launch day; the 2021 global brand year and 2024 licence numbering are excluded.

Welcome offer: A tiered package of 125% up to €1,250 plus 125 free spins from €10. The 40x applies to bonus funds, so a €1,000 qualifying deposit that receives the full €1,250 match creates €50,000 of wagering. Free-spin winnings carry their own 40x requirement.

Games library: More than 20,600 games, the largest catalogue on this list.

Cashier warning: Bizzo lists cards, wallets, bank transfer and crypto, but we could not align that list with the Irish cashier evidence. Check the cashier before choosing a payment route. The full €1,250 bonus needs a €1,000 qualifying deposit.

What could be better: There is no verified native Irish app; the established phone route is mobile browser or PWA. PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not established in the current Irish evidence, which narrows the familiar wallet routes.

6. Ice Casino - 4.4 / 5

Ice has the deepest live lobby here, with more than 300 tables. Its licence status and sideloaded Android app demand more caution than the lobby suggests.

Licence warning: Ice names Whitebox B.V. and Curaçao licence OGL/2024/822/0338. The official register still showed "renewal assessment in progress" when we checked in August 2026. Complaints start with Ice and can move to offshore ADR; there is no Irish casino regulator involved.

Irish market entry: Current Irish availability is established, but no dated Irish-specific launch or route was located. Ice's global/English-site history and licence dates are not used as Irish entry evidence.

Welcome offer: €1,500 plus 270 free spins across three deposits, from €10. Each casino bonus stage carries 40x wagering on the bonus, so the €1,500 cash-bonus total creates €60,000 of qualifying stakes. That is below Lucky Days' full-package turnover but still one of the heaviest costs here. The conditions attached to that package run to more than the headline suggests.

Games library: More than 13,200 games with over 300 live tables, against TonyBet's 100 and the standard Evolution floor at Boo.

What worked: Trustly, Google Pay, Paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller were all available. No other casino in this ranking matched Ice's 300-plus live tables.

Where does it fall short? There is no verified Irish App Store or Google Play listing. In August 2026, Ice's official Android route supplied a roughly 54 MB ICECasino.apk sideload. Installation requires granting app-install permission to the browser or file manager used for the download, not disabling all of the phone's protection. Start only from icecasino.com, keep Android security warnings enabled and use mobile web if you do not want to sideload an app. With the licence and €60,000 of cash-bonus wagering alongside it, that is a lot to accept for the tables.

7. Lucky Days - 4.3 / 5

We could not date Lucky Days' Irish launch, so it gets no recency credit. Its Curaçao certificate was active when checked, but the five-day withdrawal figure and offshore complaint route put it near the bottom.

Licence check: The Curaçao certificate for luckydays.com names Raging Rhino N.V., company 148106, and licence OGL/2024/1675/0903. It was granted on 26 March 2025 and was active when checked. The protection is still offshore, not Irish.

Irish market entry: Current Irish availability is established, but no dated Irish-specific launch or route was located. Lucky Days' 2019 global brand year and 2025 licence date are excluded from the Irish recency measure.

Welcome offer: Up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins across three deposits, with 25x on deposit plus bonus. Maxing the €100, €200 and €700 bonus stages requires €3,300 in deposits; 25x on the combined €4,300 produces €107,500 of qualifying stakes. The minimum €20 first deposit matched with €20 creates €1,000, and spin winnings carry a separate 25x requirement.

Games library: More than 6,600 games, covering slots, live casino, tables, jackpots and demo play. That is slightly below Boo and well behind the five-digit catalogues, but it is still enough to make search and provider filters useful.

What works: The CGA certificate is active and the lobby includes public demo play alongside live casino and jackpots. The raw 25x multiplier looks lower than most, but applying it to deposit plus bonus makes the full package the largest calculable turnover here.

Where it falls short: The current comparison value for withdrawals is five days, there is no verified Irish store app, and disputes use the Curaçao route rather than an Irish casino regulator. Our Lucky Days licence review explains what the active certificate does and does not cover.

8. Winawin - 4.2 / 5

Winawin had a dedicated Irish route by April 2025 and now lists more than 12,000 games. It finishes last because the complaint route is offshore, ordinary payout caps are tight and the welcome-package total changes between pages.

Licence warning: Winawin's terms name Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica registration 3-102-893958, and claim Tobique licence 0000002. The Tobique register lists Novatrix as a B2C licensee through 13 March 2027, but it does not show that number or the Winawin domain. This is offshore oversight, not an Irish casino licence.

Irish market entry: A dedicated winawin.com/en-IE route is verifiable by 21 April 2025. The 2022 global established year is not used as its Irish entry date. Winawin shares Novatrix and the Tobique relationship with Clubhouse Casino, which is why Clubhouse is not padded into this ranking as a separate operator choice.

Welcome offer: The settled first stage is up to €500 plus 100 free spins from €20. Its 40x applies to the bonus, so a full €500 match creates €20,000 of qualifying stakes before any wagering on spin winnings. The Ireland homepage has promoted a larger multi-stage total, but the headline and later stages have not stayed aligned, so only the first stage can be priced confidently.

Games library: More than 12,000 games across slots, live casino, card games and jackpots. The public lobby includes Play for Fun controls and filters for major providers.

What works: The game range is larger than Betmaster, Boo, Lucky Days and Puntit, demo controls are public, and the account can use euros alongside several fiat and cryptocurrency currencies.

Where it falls short: Winawin says withdrawals are processed within 72 hours after approval, not within 72 hours of the request. Ordinary limits are €750 daily, €3,750 weekly and €15,000 monthly, and there is no verified Irish store app. Our Winawin payout review details the approval dependency and caps.

How we ranked these new casinos

The scores are editorial rather than a mechanical index. We assessed six areas: licensing, bonus terms, games, payments, withdrawals and support. Licensing and bonus terms carried the most weight because newer casinos have little Irish payout history.

For recency, we used an announced Irish launch where one existed. Otherwise, we used the earliest dated Irish domain, route or localisation. Global brand age and licence dates did not count. An unresolved Irish launch earned no recency credit.

We read the full bonus terms, not just the promotional card. For each offer we checked the wagering base, maximum bet, game weighting, cashout cap and expiry. We priced every stage the terms allowed and said when a headline could not be calculated honestly.

We checked flagship slots against the providers' published RTP figures. Alan's August 2026 account tests supplied the payment evidence. Trustpilot, app stores and forums were background checks, not substitutes for a withdrawal test.

If I were opening one account from this list, I would start with Betmaster. Its Irish casino has the clearest regulatory route, the game range is large and the e-wallet transfer was quick after approval. Boo is the sensible alternative if a €5 entry point and Trustly matter more.

Puntit is the pick for readers who specifically want the newest verified Irish arrival, but I would keep the first deposit small because complaints go offshore. I would skip Bizzo, Ice, Lucky Days and Winawin if local recourse matters more to you than a large lobby or bonus headline.

We measure "new" from Irish-market entry, not the global brand launch or licence date. Puntit has the latest verified Irish evidence, dated 24 November 2025, followed by Winawin on 21 April 2025. Where no launch announcement exists, we use the earliest dated Irish page and call it "verified by". Boo, Ice and Lucky Days have unresolved Irish entry dates, so they get no recency credit.

Some are safer than others. Betmaster has MGA cover for its Irish casino and a separate GRAI betting licence; its UKGC permissions apply only in Britain. Boo also uses the MGA, while TonyBet is regulated in Estonia. Curaçao complaints start with the operator and can move to offshore ADR, but that is not Irish protection. Check the official domain and regulator record before depositing.

Among the full headline bonuses we could calculate, Betmaster is cheapest at €17,500 of bonus-funds wagering. Winawin's confirmed first stage is €20,000, Puntit is about €30,833, TonyBet €31,500, Bizzo €50,000, Ice €60,000 and Lucky Days €107,500. Boo's complete package cannot be priced without the qualifying deposit for every stage. Free-spin winnings may add more wagering.

TonyBet has the shortest published comparison at 12 hours. Betmaster and Puntit are listed at one day, Bizzo and Winawin at three, and Boo, Ice and Lucky Days at five. In Alan's August 2026 test, Betmaster's e-wallet payment arrived within minutes after approval. That was the quickest transfer we saw, but it does not measure the time spent waiting for approval.

No. A newer casino may have a bigger bonus or lobby, but there is less Irish payout history to check. Start with the licence and complaint route, then price the bonus and read the withdrawal rules. Use a small first deposit and test a withdrawal. Upload ID only when required, through the secure account area on the verified domain.
