Casino lists use "new" loosely. We checked when each site first appeared for Irish players, opened accounts, read the bonus terms and worked out the wagering in euros.
Checked August 2026: Alan Woods tested the accounts and rechecked the offers, game counts, payment routes, apps and licence pages.
Several names dropped out. Some supposed alternatives shared an operator, platform or licence, while a few "launch dates" turned out to be global brand dates or licence dates.
Eight sites remained. We count a casino as new from its Irish-market entry, not from the birth of the global brand or the issue date on a licence. Where no launch announcement exists, we use the earliest dated Irish page or localisation and call it "verified by". If we cannot date the Irish entry, the casino gets no credit for recency.
Age does not decide the order on its own. We also looked at the complaint route you would have if a withdrawal stalled.
That is why Betmaster leads even though Puntit is newer. Most of the freshest arrivals have thinner regulatory cover.
Start with the licence. A new site has little payout history, so the complaint route has to do more of the work.
An MGA licence gives you a defined complaints process and an approved ADR body. That matters when support stops answering and your balance is still on the site.
Curaçao is weaker, but it is not a dead end. The Curaçao Gaming Authority complaints policy requires a written complaint to the operator first and can send unresolved cases to independent dispute resolution. For an Irish player, that offshore route is less convenient than MGA-approved ADR.
Next, price the bonus properly. A €1,500 bonus at 40x on bonus funds means €60,000 of wagering. A €100 deposit plus €100 bonus at 40x on both means €8,000. The multiplier alone tells you very little unless you know what it applies to.
Before depositing, check the domain and decide how much you are prepared to leave on the site.
Type the address yourself and match the operator and licence number in the footer with the regulator's record. A copied logo proves nothing.

Betmaster ranks first at 4.8 out of 5. Its Irish casino is under the MGA, while its sportsbook has a separate GRAI remote-betting licence. BM Solutions GB Ltd also has UKGC casino and betting permissions, but those apply to the British operation, not an Irish Betmaster account.

The weak point is the bonus. The €20 minimum deposit is higher than most of this list, and the sticky 35x requirement suits regular play better than a one-off claim.
Betmaster is not the newest site here. It wins because the Irish casino has MGA oversight, the sportsbook has GRAI authorisation and the wider brand has a separately licensed British operation. The 8,100-game lobby and quick post-approval e-wallet transfer help too.
Irish market entry: The dedicated betmaster.ie domain is verifiable by 17 June 2022. The global brand dates to 2014 and the MGA licence was issued in 2021, but neither date is used as the Irish entry date.

Why you might skip it: Betmaster is the oldest global brand in this ranking. Its €20 minimum deposit is four times Boo's €5 entry point and double the €10 at Ice and Bizzo. The sticky bonus releases only when the cash balance is nearly gone, as our worked example shows.
Boo is the other MGA option. We could not date its Irish launch, so it gets no recency credit. It ranks second because its complaint route is clearer than the offshore alternatives.

The useful bit: Trustly sits beside Paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller, so an Irish bank transfer does not require a card. Boo's Malta licence also names an approved external dispute-resolution route.
Where it falls short: There is no app on either store, so it is browser-only on a phone, and there is no PayPal. Its exact Irish-market entry date remains unresolved, so Boo gets no recency credit and sits second on the strength of its regulatory route rather than age.
TonyBet has more than 12,700 games and 30x wagering on bonus funds. Puntit and Lucky Days advertise 25x, but apply it to the deposit and bonus together. Their lower headline number is not cheaper by default.
Irish market entry: A dedicated tonybet.com/ie route is verifiable by 28 March 2023. TonyBet's older Baltic brand history is excluded from the recency comparison.

Payments: TonyBet has the widest choice here: PayPal, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly and bank transfer. PayPal is rare among these newer sites. Our e-wallet withdrawal took about 12 hours.
What we don't like: When Alan checked in August 2026, the Irish iOS app rated 2.7 out of 5. Android availability conflicts across the current records, so the Irish route should be checked before installation. Estonian regulation is EU-based, but it offers a different dispute route from Malta's, which is what keeps TonyBet behind the two sites above.
Puntit is the newest verified Irish entry on the list, with an EN-IE route captured in November 2025. The site is easy to use, but its Curaçao complaint route is weaker than the three casinos above it.
Licence warning: Puntit uses Curaçao licence OGL/2023/159/0076, held by White Star B.V. You must complain to Puntit in writing before an unresolved case can move to the offshore ADR route. That is less direct than MGA-approved ADR, so start small and test a withdrawal.
Irish market entry: An EN-IE route is verifiable by 24 November 2025, the latest dated Irish-market evidence in this ranking. We found no primary launch announcement proving the previous October date, so it has been removed.
Welcome offer: Up to €500 across five deposits from €20. The stages are 100%, 50%, 75%, 50% and 100%, each capped at €100, and 25x applies to deposit plus bonus. Maxing all five needs roughly €733.33 in deposits; adding the €500 bonus and multiplying the combined €1,233.33 by 25 produces about €30,833 of qualifying stakes. A minimum €20 first deposit matched with €20 creates €1,000. The Puntit bonus terms are worth reading before you claim.

What works: The site is the cleanest here to move around, and a weekly 10% cashback on net losses lands every Friday, which is unusual for a site this young.
What lets it down: The payment list is thin, with no PayPal, Skrill or Neteller. The welcome offer starts from a €20 qualifying deposit, and there is no published VIP scheme.
Bizzo adjusts its first-deposit reward to the size of that deposit. The 20,600-game lobby is huge, but the unresolved licence assessment keeps it in fifth place.
Licence warning: The Curaçao register we checked in August 2026 lists OGL/2024/590/0758 for TechSolutions Group B.V. The recorded period ended in April 2026 and the assessment was still unresolved. That is not settled approval.
Irish market entry: Ireland localisation assets are verifiable by 2 July 2022. That proves Irish-market configuration by then, not the exact public launch day; the 2021 global brand year and 2024 licence numbering are excluded.

What could be better: There is no verified native Irish app; the established phone route is mobile browser or PWA. PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not established in the current Irish evidence, which narrows the familiar wallet routes.
Ice has the deepest live lobby here, with more than 300 tables. Its licence status and sideloaded Android app demand more caution than the lobby suggests.

What worked: Trustly, Google Pay, Paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller were all available. No other casino in this ranking matched Ice's 300-plus live tables.
Where does it fall short? There is no verified Irish App Store or Google Play listing. In August 2026, Ice's official Android route supplied a roughly 54 MB ICECasino.apk sideload. Installation requires granting app-install permission to the browser or file manager used for the download, not disabling all of the phone's protection. Start only from icecasino.com, keep Android security warnings enabled and use mobile web if you do not want to sideload an app. With the licence and €60,000 of cash-bonus wagering alongside it, that is a lot to accept for the tables.
We could not date Lucky Days' Irish launch, so it gets no recency credit. Its Curaçao certificate was active when checked, but the five-day withdrawal figure and offshore complaint route put it near the bottom.

Winawin had a dedicated Irish route by April 2025 and now lists more than 12,000 games. It finishes last because the complaint route is offshore, ordinary payout caps are tight and the welcome-package total changes between pages.
Licence warning: Winawin's terms name Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica registration 3-102-893958, and claim Tobique licence 0000002. The Tobique register lists Novatrix as a B2C licensee through 13 March 2027, but it does not show that number or the Winawin domain. This is offshore oversight, not an Irish casino licence.
Irish market entry: A dedicated winawin.com/en-IE route is verifiable by 21 April 2025. The 2022 global established year is not used as its Irish entry date. Winawin shares Novatrix and the Tobique relationship with Clubhouse Casino, which is why Clubhouse is not padded into this ranking as a separate operator choice.

The scores are editorial rather than a mechanical index. We assessed six areas: licensing, bonus terms, games, payments, withdrawals and support. Licensing and bonus terms carried the most weight because newer casinos have little Irish payout history.
For recency, we used an announced Irish launch where one existed. Otherwise, we used the earliest dated Irish domain, route or localisation. Global brand age and licence dates did not count. An unresolved Irish launch earned no recency credit.
We read the full bonus terms, not just the promotional card. For each offer we checked the wagering base, maximum bet, game weighting, cashout cap and expiry. We priced every stage the terms allowed and said when a headline could not be calculated honestly.

If I were opening one account from this list, I would start with Betmaster. Its Irish casino has the clearest regulatory route, the game range is large and the e-wallet transfer was quick after approval. Boo is the sensible alternative if a €5 entry point and Trustly matter more.
