Puntit's game lobby is stronger than its licensing and payout evidence

Puntit presents a combined casino and sportsbook account to Irish players, but the products are run by different operators. We checked Puntit's Irish casino, offer, general terms and regulator records on 10 August 2026. The public pages establish the product split and current promotion terms, but they do not prove a completed withdrawal, later registration stages or logged-in support performance. Those limitations matter most for payout timing and the sportsbook's current Irish licence.

Registration is one form and checks can appear at several stages

The registration page captured for this review showed Ireland selected and blank fields for email, password, first name and last name. It confirms the opening form, but not the later address, contact-confirmation or identity-check stages.

1. Open the official Puntit site and select sign up.
2. Enter the email address and mobile number you control.
3. Add your legal name, date of birth and Irish residential address.
4. Review and accept the account and privacy terms.
5. Confirm the contact route requested in the registration flow.
6. Complete any legitimate verification request through the secure account area.

Puntit's general minimum deposit is listed as €10, while the Casino Starter Deposit Pack requires at least €20. Check the live cashier because individual methods can set different limits, and opt in before depositing if you want the welcome offer.

The casino and sportsbook have different operators and licence positions

The casino vertical is operated by White Star B.V., a Curaçao company, under licence OGL/2023/159/0076. The Curaçao regulator's registry dated 10 July 2026 lists the B2C licence with indefinite status. This provides an offshore regulatory route, not Irish casino oversight or a local Irish complaint body.

The sportsbook is operated separately by Play Well Media Ltd, a Malta company. Puntit's terms cite Irish Revenue reference 1022285, the legacy remote bookmaker licence. GRAI remote-betting licences commenced on 1 July 2026, while gaming licences remain scheduled for later phases. GRAI published Play Well Media's notice of intent to apply on 8 June 2026.

We searched GRAI's issued-licence register on 10 August 2026 and found no entry for Play Well Media, Puntit or White Star. A notice of intent is not a licence grant, so players should not treat the legacy Revenue reference or the pending application as proof of current GRAI sportsbook authorisation. The sportsbook position remains unverified; the Curaçao licence applies to the casino, not the Irish sportsbook.

The 1.8 out of 5 licence and security score reflects that weaker territorial protection and the absence of a verified current GRAI grant. It is not evidence that individual games or encryption failed a technical test.

The Betmaster licence split shows the stronger version of a combined casino and sportsbook account. Its casino has an active MGA licence and its betting product has an issued GRAI licence, while Puntit's current Irish sportsbook authorisation remains unverified.

The advertised 1,000+ game lobby is Puntit's clearest strength

We checked Puntit's Irish casino page on 10 August 2026. It advertised more than 1,000 games and named providers including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Games Global, Evolution, Playtech and Yggdrasil. That breadth supports the 4.4 out of 5 software and games score.

The lobby highlights slots such as Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, alongside crash games, Drops & Wins titles, Megaways games and streamed tables. Slots and live casino are the main draw; table games and jackpots receive less prominence.

Claims above 1,000 are inconsistent across public summaries, so 1,000+ is the defensible figure. Puntit does not publish a site-wide RTP average, and availability can rotate by market and device. Search the live lobby for a specific title or provider before depositing.

The €10 floor is listed, but Irish cashier methods remain unclear

Deposits

Puntit lists a general minimum deposit of €10 and does not advertise crypto. The welcome pack has a separate €20 qualifying minimum. Public payment lists vary by market, so no specific card, bank or wallet route should be assumed available until it appears in the logged-in Irish cashier.

Before funding, check euro support, method-specific limits, fees, withdrawal availability and bonus eligibility. Use a payment method held in the account holder's name.

Withdrawals

Puntit lists a 1-day average withdrawal time, but no funded withdrawal was available to confirm it. The general terms also state default withdrawal limits of up to €5,000 per day, separate from any method-specific cap.

Identity and payment-ownership checks can delay a request. Player reports include delayed or frozen withdrawals, rejected deposits and account closures, but those allegations are not adjudicated findings. Starting small and requesting an early withdrawal limits exposure while the cashier remains opaque. Treat one day as an estimate, not a guarantee.

An Ireland iOS app is listed, with no Android equivalent

The official Ireland App Store lists Puntit: Sport Betting & Casino, published by Play Well Media Ltd, and advertises 10% weekly cashback and 24/7 support. This supports the native iOS claim.

No native Android app is listed, leaving mobile-browser play rather than an official Play Store download. Check the current publisher, Irish availability, version notes and requested permissions before installing. The app was not used for a deposit, withdrawal or stability test.

Live chat and email are available, with no public phone line

Puntit provides English live chat and email support at support@puntit.com through a help centre covering sports, promotions, verification and general account questions. No public telephone number appears in Puntit's contact or footer information.

Player feedback on response quality is mixed, particularly for account and withdrawal disputes. For a payment issue, provide the date, amount, method, transaction reference and the outcome you want. Send identity documents only through a secure route confirmed inside the official account or help centre.

Account-based controls exist, though Ireland's register is not yet live

Puntit's public responsible-gambling page describes product restrictions and deposit limits. It says casino and sports access can be restricted separately and deposit-limit reductions can be made at any time, while an increase takes 24 hours and requires confirmation. Puntit's published information also describes loss limits, self-exclusion, cool-off or timeout and a self-assessment test, but does not clearly document a reality-check tool. Confirm the exact controls in the logged-in account.

For Irish players the independent route is the right starting point, GamblingCare.ie and Problem Gambling Ireland. Ireland's National Gambling Exclusion Register is due under the GRAI but is not live yet, so for now self-exclusion at an operator is managed at that operator level only.
