Every casino on this page took PayPal when we tested it. That is the easy part, and it is where most lists stop.
We opened accounts, funded them through PayPal, and read the welcome terms line by line looking for the clause that lists excluded deposit methods. Withdrawals went through to see what came back and how quickly. Flagship slots were checked against their providers' published RTP rates.
That work changed the order. At three of the seven sites below, PayPal moved money in and out without trouble and quietly voided the welcome offer when used for the qualifying deposit. None put that warning in the headline promotion.
This ranking covers what PayPal actually did at each casino: the tested minimum, whether it paid back out, how long our withdrawal took and whether the wallet affected the offer. Only sites ticking every box made the list. We also rechecked Irish operator pages and current promotion records in August 2026. When an offer has changed since our account test, both versions are identified rather than blended together.
PlayOJO ranks first at 4.9 out of 5. We deposited and withdrew through PayPal from the same account, starting at €10. Its current Irish PayPal page still documents deposits and same-wallet withdrawals, while the banking table lists no withdrawal minimum.
The current first-deposit offer gives 50 spins at 0x wagering. PayPal preserved offer eligibility in our test. The issue appeared in the game itself: we found Book of Dead running at 91.00% against the provider's 96.21% default, the sharpest reduction we recorded in this group.
A PayPal deposit uses the balance or funding source available in the wallet. Depending on the account and transaction, that may be a PayPal balance, bank account, debit card or credit card. The casino and funding provider can still accept or reject the gambling payment.
Deposit support and withdrawal support are separate. In our tests, all seven casinos accepted PayPal in both directions, but most applied a closed loop and returned money to the wallet that funded the account. Deposit by another method and PayPal may stay hidden on the withdrawal screen.
Casino verification still applies. Uploading ID before requesting a payout avoids leaving that check until the moment money is due. PayPal may also run its own security or identity checks.
The deposit itself was the quick part in every account we tested. The check worth slowing down for came afterwards: whether the offer had actually appeared.
PayPal can use a balance, bank account or card where available. Only the funding option shown in the PayPal approval screen is confirmed for that payment.
A PayPal withdrawal has two clocks. The first runs while the casino checks and approves it. The second starts only if the money is later moved from PayPal to a bank or card.
Our Mr Green and Paddy Power withdrawals reached PayPal inside 24 hours. Coral took around 24 hours. Those were completed casino withdrawals, not estimates for moving the resulting PayPal balance to a bank. PayPal says a standard bank transfer normally takes one business day and can take three to five, depending on the bank.
Three deposits worked exactly as payments and failed completely as bonus triggers. The balance arrived. The offer did not.
That happened in our Paddy Power, Coral and BoyleSports tests. If the welcome offer matters, use a payment method named as eligible in the account terms and confirm the reward appears before playing. If PayPal cash-out also matters, add it afterwards only where the withdrawal screen and closed-loop policy allow it.
This route works only where the casino permits it. The casino can require money to return through the original method. The practical rule is simpler: check the promotion terms before depositing and the withdrawal screen before leaving a larger balance.
PayPal solved one problem in our tests: the casino never needed the linked card or bank details entered again at its checkout. Bonus rules, verification and the withdrawal queue remained under the operator's control.

Games: More than 3,000 slots were available during our original check. Current Irish casino records put the wider catalogue above 3,400 games, alongside tables, game shows, live casino and Equaliser bingo.
What caught our eye: We found Book of Dead at 91.00% against the 96.21% provider default. The global Trustpilot profile was 2.1 out of 5 from about 15,000 reviews when checked, with no Irish-only view. There is no sportsbook under the same login.
PlayOJO stays first because both sides of the PayPal route worked, the offer remained available and the winnings had no wagering. The PlayOJO review covers its wider cashier and OJOplus rules.
Our PayPal withdrawal landed inside a day. The offer terms we tested named Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard as exclusions, leaving PayPal eligible for that version of the welcome package.

Games and RTP: We recorded more than 2,000 titles. Book of Dead ran at 96.21% and Starburst at 96.09%, matching their provider defaults. Apps were 4.4 on iOS and 4.3 on Google Play when checked.
What could be better: The global Trustpilot profile stood at 1.4 out of 5 from roughly 4,600 reviews. There was no Irish filter. LeoVegas names PayPal for Irish players and describes PayPal and Skrill as faster e-wallet routes. Its offer carries the lightest non-zero wagering among the three match bonuses in this ranking.

PayPal test: Deposits and withdrawals worked from €10. We recorded a €1,000 cap per PayPal deposit, and the payout returned to the same PayPal account. The Irish terms aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours and set a five-working-day ceiling before any extra payment-provider handling.
Games: The Irish all-catalogue runtime returned exactly 7,284 entries when rechecked on 21 August 2026. Slots, tables, bingo and live casino operate under a Malta Gaming Authority licence.
What sets it apart: A €100 bonus at 25x needs €2,500 staked, compared with €4,000 under the 40x Mr Green offer we originally tested. The trade-off is the short seven-day window and the €1,000 PayPal deposit cap we saw. Trustpilot was 3.2 out of 5 from around 7,600 reviews, again on a merged global profile.

Trustpilot was 3.7 out of 5 from about 6,700 reviews, covering the whole global brand rather than the Irish casino alone. Coral gave us one of the cleanest offers, but PayPal could not claim it in the terms we tested.

The €5 PayPal minimum was the lowest we found in Ireland. The problem arrived at the sign-up offer.

We recorded PayPal deposits and withdrawals from €10, with a published €50,000 per-transaction withdrawal ceiling. Nothing else in the original test offered the same headroom.
Offer when tested: Up to €1,500 plus 100 spins across the first three deposits from €10, with 35x wagering. Taking the full €1,500 meant €52,500 staked.
Current offer check: NetBet's current Irish welcome page advertises up to €400 plus 100 spins from a €20 first casino deposit. Current Irish records put bonus wagering at 10x, while spin winnings carry no extra wagering. The current package replaces the older €1,500 headline but does not erase the cashier result from our test.
PayPal test: Deposits and withdrawals worked from €10. We recorded the €50,000 cash-out ceiling and found the welcome codes published openly rather than hidden in an email. NetBet's public Irish page still displays PayPal, although its method table now sits inside the account.
Games: We originally counted more than 3,000 games and over 60 live tables. The current Irish catalogue record exceeds 10,700 games. The iOS app was 2.3 out of 5 from only three reviews, too small a sample for a firm conclusion, while Android stood at 2.9.
The trade-off: The original 35x package was the highest real wagering cost in the group. Current terms are lighter, but NetBet charges 1.5% on withdrawal requests of €500 or more. The NetBet review covers the current bonus and withdrawal fee.
Every site was scored on what PayPal cost, how fast our withdrawal arrived and whether the wallet affected the welcome offer. Bonus terms, game depth, software, licensing, payment choice and support shaped the rest of the score.
We read the full promotion terms rather than stopping at the headline. That meant checking excluded deposit methods, wagering limits and withdrawal caps. Wagering is also translated into cash where useful, because a multiple hides the amount a player must actually stake.
Flagship slots were checked against provider RTP figures. We found reduced versions at PlayOJO and Coral and kept the exact percentages. Payout claims came from completed withdrawals. We also tested operator speed claims against reports on Trustpilot, app stores and public forums; where operator guidance and player experience differed, player experience carried more weight.
PlayOJO remains the strongest all-round PayPal route. Mr Green produced a fast tested payout, while LeoVegas provides the clearest current Irish operator wording outside PlayOJO. Paddy Power, Coral and BoyleSports all processed PayPal withdrawals in our tests, but their tested promotions required another payment method.
PayPal keeps card or bank details away from the casino checkout, but it does not remove verification, closed-loop rules or gambling risk. Set a deposit limit first and check the withdrawal screen before leaving a larger balance.

Not always. PayPal did not block the PlayOJO or Mr Green offer versions we tested. The qualifying-deposit terms at Paddy Power, Coral and BoyleSports excluded PayPal, even though the wallet worked for deposits and withdrawals.
We completed PayPal withdrawals at all seven casinos in this ranking. Mr Green and Paddy Power reached PayPal inside 24 hours, Coral took around 24 hours, and the other routes returned to PayPal under the method rules shown during testing. Verification and closed-loop rules still apply.
PayPal charges no consumer fee for a euro commercial payment when no currency conversion is involved, although casino, bank or conversion charges can still apply. PayPal Buyer Protection excludes gambling and gaming transactions, so it does not cover a casino deposit like an eligible retail purchase.
