The same register also shows older licence MGA/B2C/165/2008 as Suspended. That status belongs to the legacy licence and does not cancel the active authorisation. Mr Green's Irish casino is covered through Malta rather than a current GRAI remote-gambling licence.

The operator's history lowers the safety rating. In March 2023, the UK Gambling Commission recorded a £3.75 million settlement over anti-money-laundering, safer-gambling and linked-account failures. The hero uses five days, the cautious end of Mr Green's stated three-to-five-working-day average, rather than the fastest four-day method estimate. Method-specific waits can still reach ten days. Verification, weekends, method restrictions and the receiving provider can extend the wait, so check the cashier before depositing and keep the withdrawal reference until the money arrives.

The Irish iOS app combines casino and sportsbook

The Irish App Store listing showed 4.3 out of 5 from 107 ratings on 7 August 2026. Mr Green Ltd publishes the combined casino and sportsbook app, which lists slots, jackpots, live tables, game shows, promotions and daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits.

Version 4.0.1311451926 was listed on 16 February at 56.5 MB and requires iOS 13 or later. The app also supports iPad, while mobile web provides access without an installation.

An Android app is advertised, but its Irish store metadata is less clear than the iOS listing. Android users should follow the link from Mr Green's own site rather than downloading an APK from an unrelated source, then check the publisher, permissions and update date before installing.

Live chat runs from 8am to 8pm

The Mr Green contact page lists live chat from 8am to 8pm and a help centre covering accounts, payments, games, promotions and player controls. Be logged in or have your full name, date of birth, address, mobile number and last remembered login ready so the agent can locate the account.

Chat is the clearest route for routine account access and cashier questions. For a payment or verification dispute, save the transcript and include the date, amount, payment route, transaction reference and exact cashier status.
