The Irish terms say combined Gibraltar licences 001 and 014 cover fixed-odds betting and online casino. They name BV Gaming Limited and BV (Gibraltar) Limited as the two website operators. This split also determines complaints. BetVictor requires three internal stages, starting with resolution-ie@betvictor.com. If the dispute remains unresolved after eight weeks, the terms allow referral to IBAS.
