The Irish terms say combined Gibraltar licences 001 and 014 cover fixed-odds betting and online casino. They name BV Gaming Limited and BV (Gibraltar) Limited as the two website operators. UK Gambling Commission account 39576 appears in the footer too, but it applies to Great Britain and should not be presented as Irish protection.

This split also determines complaints. BetVictor requires three internal stages, starting with resolution-ie@betvictor.com. If the dispute remains unresolved after eight weeks, the terms allow referral to IBAS. Casino licensing complaints can then go to the Gibraltar Gambling Commission, while GRAI can investigate certain betting-law breaches but does not resolve consumer disputes.
