For an unresolved complaint, ask for the formal procedure and case number. Submit it within six months, then use eCOGRA or Kahnawà:ke only after the operator has had the chance to respond. Round-the-clock advertised access and a written email target support 3.9/5, but the unverified chat session and absent phone number limit confidence.

Deposit limits exist, but operator exclusion lasts six months

Grand Mondial's responsible-gambling policy offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits through support. An increase or removal takes effect only after 24 hours. Set a limit before the first deposit rather than during a losing session.
