Start with the thing that matters most: we can't confirm Mafia Casino holds a valid licence anywhere. The Anjouan number it used to display, ALSI-152406028-FI2, is gone from the site's footer and no longer shows up on the Anjouan register. As of 10 August 2026, that reference, the brand, the domain and the operator name all came back with nothing.
There's a second problem sitting right beside it. The current terms and privacy notice don't actually name the company that would hold your money, so if a payout went wrong, it isn't clear who you'd even be chasing.
None of this is about the games, and there are thousands of them. But an unlicensed site with no named operator is a site with no referee, and that changes everything about the risk you're taking. If you want your winnings protected, our honest steer is to play somewhere licensed, and we name a few Irish options at the end.
Signup is quick, but there's a nudge to watch for. The first screen makes you pick a bonus, casino, sports, a promo code or none, and the casino offer is already ticked for you. The next screen just wants an email and a password.
Two boxes are preselected further down: the age and terms box, and a separate marketing-consent box. Untick the marketing one before you continue unless you fancy promo emails and texts. We stopped there and didn't submit anything.
The terms let Mafia ask for ID, age, address, proof you own your payment method, and source-of-funds documents, either side of a deposit or withdrawal. You get 30 days to supply what's asked, and they aim to review a full submission within 10 days, though they allow themselves longer. Handy to know before you deposit, not after.
Choose the casino offer or no bonus
The public registration flow preselects the casino welcome offer but also provides a no-bonus choice.
Enter an email and unique password
The next screen asks for an email address and password; no details were submitted during this review.
Review both preselected consent boxes
Age, terms and privacy acceptance are separate from marketing consent, but both boxes appeared preselected on 9 August 2026.
Check identity and payment requirements
Use accurate details and a payment method in your own name; identity, address, payment ownership and source-of-funds evidence may be requested.
Here's the core finding. Mafia Casino used to show an Anjouan licence, ALSI-152406028-FI2, and it's now gone from the footer. When we searched the Anjouan register on 10 August 2026, that reference, the brand, the domain mafiacasino.com and the operator all returned 0 of 1,467 licences, and the suspended and revoked lists showed no match either. We can't say for certain a licence never existed, but we can say there's no active one we can verify anywhere right now.
The legal pages make it worse, not better. The terms, version 1.11 dated 17 June 2026, only ever call the operator "the company operating the Website" and never name it, with no company number, licence number, regulator or registered address anywhere. So there's no named business standing behind your balance, and that's the single biggest reason we'd walk.
For the framework Irish players should use, the safest badges are Malta (MGA) and the UK Gambling Commission, which sit in the lowest-risk tier. Anjouan was already a high-risk badge, and Medium, High, Very High or unlisted licences all carry meaningfully more risk. A site with no verifiable licence at all sits below even that, because there's no regulator to audit the games, hold the operator to its own bonus terms, or force a payout when things go wrong.
The sportsbook has its own Irish problem. GRAI remote-betting licences commenced on 1 July 2026, and the issued register we pulled on 10 August held 20 records with no match for Mafia, the domain or the operator. So the betting side is taking Irish bets without the licence it now needs. Steer clear of the sports product unless Mafia produces a verifiable GRAI number.
On the technical side, the site does use 256-bit SSL encryption for data in transit, and it claims eCOGRA-certified RNG testing, but we found no published certificate to back that, and with no licence behind it there's nothing compelling an independent audit at all. If you hit a dispute, the terms point you to a commercial complaints portal rather than a regulator, so keep every record you have.

Credit where it's due, the library is huge. When we pulled the public catalogue on 10 August 2026 it returned 15,051 game entries, made up of 12,395 slots, 743 live-casino tables, 269 table games and 1,504 jackpot titles. Those categories overlap, so don't add them up.
You get the full spread from the big studios: slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, game shows, instant wins and jackpots. Use demo mode where it's offered and check each game's info panel for stake limits and RTP, because operators can run different versions of the same slot.
That last point matters more here than usual. Independent RTP checks have flagged reduced-return versions of popular slots on Mafia, and with no licence behind the site there's no regulator or mandatory audit confirming any game pays what it should. A big catalogue is only worth so much if you can't trust the maths or get your money out.
| Area | Catalogue count | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| All games | 15,051 | Categories overlap; availability changes by location |
| Slots | 12,395 | RTP versions can differ, and some run reduced |
| Live casino | 743 | Table limits and seats change in real time |
| Table games | 269 | Digital and live versions use different rules |
| Jackpots | 1,504 | Prize mechanics vary by title |
On 9 August, the welcome page showed 100% up to €500 plus 200 spins on a €20 minimum deposit. Wagering is 35x on your deposit plus the bonus, and the spin winnings carry 40x on top.
In real numbers, a €20 deposit with a €20 bonus means €1,400 to turn over before you can withdraw. Claim the full €500 and you're looking at €35,000 of turnover. The max bonus bet is €100, but betting near that ceiling to clear it is a quick way to lose the lot.
The 200 spins land as 20 a day across 10 days, and each day's batch expires in 24 hours. Skrill and Neteller deposits don't qualify. The most you can release from the bonus is 10x its value, and winnings from more than 50 spins are capped at €100. Here's the catch that sits over all of it: with no licensed operator named, none of these terms are enforceable by a regulator, so they protect the casino, not you.
There's a decent spread of ongoing offers: weekly spins, a weekend reload, daily and live-casino cashback, tournaments, challenges and a reward shop. Each one sets its own qualifying deposit, wagering, game weighting and expiry, so read the terms on the exact offer you claim. A reload is no use if it just makes you deposit more or delay a cash-out you'd already planned.
The five VIP levels mainly change your withdrawal caps, from €500 a day and €7,000 a month at the bottom up to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at the top. Your level tracks your activity over the last 90 days and can drop after a quiet month.
You earn a coin per €10 wagered plus coins worth 5% of your deposits, so the whole thing rewards how much you put through rather than whether you come out ahead. Don't chase a higher tier by depositing more than you meant to.
The cashier is genuinely broad. On 9 August the payments page listed 22 ways to deposit and 20 to withdraw, covering cards, Revolut, bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and a range of crypto. One quirk: Neteller shows for deposits but not for withdrawals.
| Route | Public euro range |
|---|---|
| Card | €10 to €2,000 |
| Revolut or bank transfer | €10 to €5,000 |
| Skrill or Neteller | €10 to €5,000 |
| MiFinity | €10 to €2,500 |
| Most listed crypto routes | €10 to €5,000 |
| Bitcoin | €30 to €5,000 |
| Route | Public euro range |
|---|---|
| Card | €10 to €3,000 |
| Revolut, bank transfer or Skrill | €10 to €5,000 |
| MiFinity | €10 to €2,500 |
| Most listed crypto routes | €20 to €5,000 |
| Bitcoin | €60 to €5,000 |
On paper, the terms say finance works through withdrawals within three business days, Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 17:00 GMT, once checks are done, with the provider adding time on top. You can have up to three pending at once, and the lowest VIP tier caps you at €500 a day and €7,000 a month.
That's the paper version. In practice, player feedback and complaint threads point to a consistent pattern of slow and disputed withdrawals, cash-outs stuck in processing for days or weeks, repeat document requests, and some winnings that never arrived. With no regulator behind the site, there's no one to force the issue if a payout stalls.
A few other terms to clock: you must wager a deposit once before withdrawing, they can reject a withdrawal if you haven't wagered at least €20 that month, and unmet rollover can cost 10%, or 15% on card and bank balances. Dormant accounts cost €5 a month after 180 days. Use a payment method in your own name and save every reference.
No, there's no official app on the Irish App Store or Google Play, and the site's own app-link endpoint returns a 404. Any "mafia" apps you spot in the stores belong to other publishers, so don't download those.
What you do get is a responsive mobile site with the full lobby, cashier, promos and support, plus a web-app shortcut you can pin to your home screen on Android or iOS. We checked the browser build rather than logged-in play. Stick to the official mafiacasino.com in Safari or Chrome and avoid any lookalike APK.

Support runs on 24/7 live chat and email at support@mafiacasino.com, with complaints@mafiacasino.com for formal complaints and a promised 10-day outcome. There's no phone number anywhere we looked.
Community feedback on the live chat is mixed at best. Put anything to do with withdrawals, verification or disputes in email so you have a dated record. Just know that if the internal route fails, the terms send you to a commercial complaints portal, not a regulator... because again, there isn't one covering this operator.

This is thinner than we'd like. The responsible-gaming page sends self-exclusion requests to support@mafiacasino.com and says the account will close "as soon as practicable", with no fixed timeframe. It also puts the job of finding and avoiding any other accounts on you.
We couldn't find self-service deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders or cool-offs documented on the site or in the terms. There's also a clause saying a closed account's balance and pending withdrawals must be cleared first or the funds are voided, which sits awkwardly beside an urgent exclusion.
If you need to stop, send a written self-exclusion request, keep the acknowledgement, and reach out to GamblingCare.ie and Problem Gambling Ireland for free, confidential Irish support. Don't wait on a reply from the casino to act.
From everything above, Mafia Casino scores 2.4 out of 5, and the licence is why. The catalogue is huge at over 15,000 entries, the euro cashier is broad, and the live-casino spread is real. But we can't confirm a valid licence anywhere, the old Anjouan number is gone from the register and the footer, and the terms don't even name the company holding your money.
Stack that against a dual-licensed Irish option like Novibet or Betmaster, both carrying a Malta casino licence and a live GRAI betting licence, or PlayOJO and NetBet on the casino side. Those sites hold the licences Mafia doesn't, and if a payout goes wrong there, you've a regulator to turn to. Here, you don't.
So the steer is simple. There's no version of this where we'd tell you to deposit at an unlicensed site over a licensed one just for a bigger game count. Give Mafia a miss until it can show a verifiable licence, and play somewhere that can prove it's above board.
