Our July 2026 audit checked GGPoker’s current UK homepage, licence, bonus, withdrawal, support and safer-gambling pages. The product is still built around online poker: tournaments, cash games, short-form variants and software features dominate the public site, while casino games sit in the background.

The strongest points are poker depth, active UKGC oversight and detailed player controls. The main compromises are mandatory software, an opaque public casino catalogue and a bonus that unlocks through poker rake or tournament fees rather than ordinary casino wagering.

Public app feedback is mixed and differs sharply by platform. The current UK listings showed 2.4/5 from about 1,280 Android reviews and 4.7/5 from 331 iOS ratings. Users described smooth mobile play and useful poker tools alongside recurring complaints about Android stability, prompts and support delays. These are individual reports, not proof that every account has the same experience.

GGPoker requires an app rather than offering ordinary browser play. Its current download page supports Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. Download only from the official UK site or a recognised app store, then register with accurate personal information.

The withdrawal policy says identity is verified soon after account creation. GGPoker may also request payment-method, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth or affordability evidence. Account and payment details should match, and you should complete any document request before depending on a withdrawal.

Choose the welcome option in the Deposit page dropdown before funding the account. No code is listed for the current offer, but eligibility and the available cashier methods can vary by account.

NSUS Limited operates GGPoker.co.uk under UK Gambling Commission account 47768. The current remote licence reference is 047768-R-326808-010, covering active casino and gambling-software permissions. GGPoker’s own January 2026 terms still display an older -009 reference, so the regulator’s live record is the safer source.

The UKGC fined NSUS Limited £672,829 and issued an official warning in October 2022 for social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures, including marketing sent to 125 self-excluded customers. The live register’s action tab currently says no actions are recorded, but that empty tab does not erase the regulator’s dated enforcement release.

The licence record supports the site’s legal status, not a guarantee of instant service. GGPoker still performs fraud, anti-money-laundering and identity checks before withdrawals. Its policy says player balances are held in a segregated bank account and are not used for operating purposes.

GGPoker also uses closed-loop withdrawals, returning deposited sums to the originating method where possible. That reduces payment misuse but can limit where you cash out.

The public UK site highlights Texas Hold’em, Omaha, short deck, cash games and tournaments alongside GGPoker formats such as Rush & Cash, Spin & Gold, All-In or Fold, Flip & Go and Mystery Battle Royale. Features include staking, Smart HUD, PokerCraft, EV Cashout and tournament tools.

Casino games are secondary. Current house rules cover RNG slots and casino table games, including blackjack and baccarat, so the product exists under the same account. However, the UK site does not publish a live casino-lobby count or a current provider list. We removed the unsupported legacy catalogue totals because they could not be verified.

That makes GGPoker a poor fit for players comparing casinos by catalogue size. It is a much stronger option for players choosing on poker traffic, formats and tournament variety.

GGPoker’s current policy says withdrawals generally take 24 hours to process but can take up to 72 hours. Bank transfers can then require another one to three business days to reach the account. Internal fraud, anti-money-laundering and verification checks can extend individual cases.

The cashier uses a closed-loop policy. Deposits are returned to their originating methods up to the deposited amount, while excess funds normally go to the dominant method used during the previous six months. Withdrawals may be cancelled if the requested method does not match the deposit route.

The public UK help article does not list a fixed regional method set; it says options are shown in each player’s cashier and can change. We therefore removed the old exact method list, crypto claim, minimum withdrawal and flat $1 fee. Any applicable processor fee should appear on the withdrawal request page.

GGPoker supports Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. Current minimum specifications list Windows 8, macOS 10.13, Android 7.0 and iOS 15, although the operator recommends newer hardware and operating systems. Standard browser play is not offered.

The Android and iOS apps are listed under NSUS Ltd with real-gambling age controls. During our July 2026 check, Android showed 2.4/5 from about 1,280 reviews while iOS showed 4.7/5 from 331 ratings. Recent feedback praised game choice, smooth mobile sessions and poker tools, but criticism focused on Android loading, crashes, intrusive prompts, account checks and slow support.

Use the official download route. Real-money poker software is a poor place to experiment with unofficial APK files or third-party installers.

The public site provides a searchable Help Centre, an AskGG assistant and the general address help@ggpoker.co.uk. We found no current UK customer-service telephone number and have not labelled the automated assistant as human live chat.

Formal complaints go to complaints@ggpoker.co.uk. GGPoker says it acknowledges the case and aims to respond within 21 days. A disputed complaint can move to senior management, with a final response due within eight weeks of the original complaint, followed by free referral to IBAS where appropriate.

Recent public app comments include support delays and repeated explanations during account restrictions. Others report smooth use. Those reports are useful warning signals, but they do not establish the outcome of any future case.

GGPoker documents deposit, total-bet, loss, single-bet and game limits, plus reality checks and a self-assessment link. Time-outs are available for 24 hours, seven days, 30 days or 42 days. Self-exclusion options run for 180 days, one year, five years or permanently.

Requests can be applied in the Safer Gambling area or sent to responsiblegaming@ggpoker.co.uk. App and website requests are immediate; email requests may take up to 24 hours. GAMSTOP is also available for national exclusion from participating British-licensed operators.

The same page explains affordability checks and may request recent bank statements. If gambling is causing harm, set an exclusion and seek independent support rather than relying only on adjustable limits.
