Kong covers the basics without giving us a reason to switch
Kong Casino is a Jumpman Gaming white-label site with slots, live casino, bingo and table games. The cashier also covers PayPal and several mainstream UK payment methods.
Nothing about the basic product looks broken. The problem is that very little makes us want to choose Kong over the many licensed casinos using similar software and providers.
Public feedback is weak, sitting around 1.8 out of 5 from roughly 150 Trustpilot reviews when this review was prepared. We treat those comments as player allegations rather than proven universal outcomes, but they still matter alongside our overall score of 3.5 out of 5.

Registration is familiar, with a £10 minimum deposit
Opening an account is straightforward. Kong asks for your identity and contact details before moving through address and player-information steps, then completes any verification it requires.
The ordinary minimum deposit is £10, which is low enough to try the site without putting much money in upfront. The Jumpman registration and cashier flow will feel familiar if you have used another site on the same platform, although that familiarity also makes Kong less distinctive.
Step 1
Enter your details
Provide your name as shown on your ID, date of birth, email and UK mobile number, then continue through the address and player-detail steps.
Step 2
Complete the checks
Supply any identity, address or payment evidence Kong requests. Completing checks early can reduce delays when you first withdraw.
Step 3
Choose a deposit amount
The ordinary minimum deposit is £10. Check the payment method before funding because Pay by Mobile carries a £2.50 charge.
Step 4
Review the welcome terms
The welcome match starts from a £10 deposit. Check the 10x wagering and bonus-conversion cap before opting in.
Jumpman operates Kong under an active UK licence
Kong is operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited under Gambling Commission account 39175. The regulator lists active remote casino and bingo permissions under licence 039175-R-319452-025 and records kongcasino.com as a white-label domain.
The British site uses GBP and is covered by the UK licence. That establishes Kong as a regulated UK gambling service, but it does not override the need to judge its bonus rules, payments and public service record on their own merits.
The regulator has not been silent on the operator. In May 2022 the Gambling Commission concluded a licence review of Jumpman Gaming Limited, which paid £500,000 in lieu of a financial penalty plus costs for money-laundering and safer-gambling failings. No further enforcement against the account has followed since, and the licence remains active.

The lobby is broad, but Kong cannot settle on one game total
Kong covers slots, live casino, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, instant-win games and bingo. Familiar titles include Big Bass Bonanza, Starburst and Fluffy Favourites, with Pragmatic Play and NetEnt among the represented studios.
Kong advertises more than 1,500 games on its homepage, while other pages on the same site quote different totals, such as more than 900 in one section and a separate mobile figure. There is enough choice for general players, but we would not present one exact catalogue total as authoritative.
For streamed tables specifically, we would sooner compare the casinos in our best UK live dealer casino guide.
Kong's promotions are active, but the welcome offer converts poorly
The 50% welcome match caps what becomes real money
New players can claim a 50% deposit match up to £100 from a £10 minimum deposit. The bonus carries 10x wagering on bonus funds.
The amount converted from bonus funds into real money cannot exceed lifetime deposits and is capped at £250. We do not love that setup: a smaller offer without the conversion limit would be easier to value.
Daily spins and weekly cashback keep the page active
Kong currently runs a Daily Wheel and automatic 5% weekly cashback on net slot spend, paid on Fridays without wagering and from a minimum of £0.10. Short-term, game-specific prize campaigns also rotate through the promotions page.
The activity is useful, but these offers can change and do not transform our overall view of the casino.
There is no clear public loyalty ladder
Kong does not publish a compelling points or tier structure for regular players. The weekly cashback is a recurring promotion, not a transparent progression system.
We would rather see a clear scheme showing exactly what continued play earns.
Mainstream payment choice comes with a slow quoted bank cycle
Kong supports Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard and Pay by Mobile. The ordinary minimum deposit is £10, and GBP is the only published account currency for this UK product.
Deposits
| Method | Published note |
|---|---|
| Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Maestro | Debit cards |
| PayPal | E-wallet |
| Skrill and Neteller | E-wallets |
| Paysafecard | Prepaid voucher |
| Pay by Mobile | £2.50 charge |
Pay by Mobile costs extra, so we would use a free alternative when available.
Withdrawals
| Detail | Published position |
|---|---|
| Quoted bank cycle | 1 to 5 working days after the pending period |
| First withdrawal | Identification required |
| Pay by Mobile | Withdrawals unavailable |
| Observed average | 3 days |
Our withdrawal took three days, which sits inside the one-to-five-day window Kong quotes. That quoted cycle remains a policy window rather than a guarantee for every player, so keep transaction records and complete checks early given the repeated public allegations about withdrawals, verification and support.
We would put more trust in a casino with a larger and healthier body of feedback. Betmaster is a useful comparison if you want a broader evidence base.
Mobile browser play works without a native app
Kong is mobile-optimised and works through phone and tablet browsers. Its games use HTML5, so the main lobby and account functions do not depend on an app download.
That is convenient, but we would not choose Kong specifically for its mobile product. If mobile quality is the priority, Mr Vegas is a stronger comparison.

Live chat closes at 9pm, and there is no phone line
Kong provides live chat from 6am to 9pm BST, seven days a week, plus a contact form and help pages. Its FAQ says customer emails should receive a reply within two business days.
No operator phone number appeared on the current footer, help, contact or terms surfaces. Given the weak public feedback around service, we would rather see longer live-chat hours and stronger evidence that problems are resolved consistently.

Account limits sit alongside GAMSTOP coverage
Kong provides daily, weekly and monthly deposit or net-deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. Reductions take effect immediately, while increases require a cooling-off period.
Take a Break can run from 24 hours to six weeks, and self-exclusion starts at six months across Jumpman Gaming sites. GAMSTOP separately applies across participating British operators.

We score Kong Casino 3.5 out of 5. Its active UK licence, broad game lobby and mainstream cashier are solid, while the operator's 2022 regulatory settlement, weak public feedback, restrictive bonus conversion and an unclear loyalty proposition hold it back.
Kong suits players who already like the Jumpman platform and want to start from a modest £10 deposit. Players who prioritise stronger public feedback, cleaner bonus terms or a cleaner regulatory record should compare better-rated UK operators first.
