We also checked the Commission's public permit-holder page. It explains that a Client Provider Authorisation permits interactive gaming from Kahnawà:ke's licensed hosting facility, but the page is marked as updated on 28 September 2023 and does not list Fresh Horizons Limited or luxury.casino. That does not prove the licence is inactive; it means the operator's current licence claim is not independently confirmed by the regulator's published list.

Luxury Casino's terms direct customers to support first, name eCOGRA as the alternative dispute-resolution service and allow complaints to be emailed to complaints@gamingcommission.ca within six months of the issue. For Irish players, this is an offshore complaint route rather than protection under an Irish casino licence. Save the applicable terms, account correspondence and transaction records if a dispute develops.
