When we tried live chat during opening hours, we got through to an agent in a few minutes. The answers were direct - no obvious copy-paste replies. If you run into a KYC check late on a Sunday night, though, you'll be waiting for support until Monday.

The main drawback is that support isn't 24/7. Some player feedback mentions slow or missing replies, but most complaints are actually about KYC or withdrawals, not the support team itself.
