In-house games give Happy Tiger a clearer identity
Happy Tiger is a smaller, more distinctive bingo and slots site than most brands we review. Instead of filling the lobby with thousands of third-party games, it builds much of the experience around its own titles.
Public feedback is healthy. Trustpilot currently shows 4.1 out of 5 from more than 3,000 reviews, while both native apps also rate well. Those are public opinions, not proof of how every withdrawal or support case will go.
The trade-off is choice. There is no deep live casino floor, giant third-party slot catalogue or traditional loyalty programme. Our best online bingo sites in the UK guide gives you the wider comparison.

Registration is restricted to Great Britain, excluding Northern Ireland
Happy Tiger accepts adult players in England, Scotland and Wales, but not Northern Ireland. Registration asks for personal details, followed by verification when required.
If you want the homepage welcome offer, opt in during signup and make the first qualifying deposit within 31 days. The £20 minimum is promotional, not evidence of the ordinary cashier minimum.

The public FAQ lists Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Apple Pay, PayPal and Instant Bank Transfer. Check your account for current availability.
The active UK licence covers both bingo and casino play
Happy Tiger is operated by Happytiger ApS, a Danish company owned by CEGO A/S and part of the CEGO Group. CEGO PAYCO Ltd processes payments on the group’s behalf.
The Gambling Commission register lists active remote bingo and remote casino permissions under licence 057641-R-333524-010. The permissions have been active since 9 July 2021, and happytiger.co.uk is an active domain on the licence. The register lists no regulatory actions against the account.
The legal position is clear for players in Great Britain, but the operator’s eligibility terms exclude Northern Ireland.

The exclusive lobby has personality, not breadth
Happy Tiger’s main difference is its own games. The lobby centres on exclusive slots alongside 75-ball and 90-ball bingo, rather than the usual wall of Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play’n GO titles.
Bingo tickets start from 25p, with up to 40 tickets per game. Slots start from 8p and include progressive Super Jackpots. That gives the site a recognisable identity, but no reliable complete game count was available from the logged-out lobby.
If you want thousands of mainstream slots, dozens of external studios or a deep live-dealer section, this is the wrong casino. Tombola is another bingo-first comparison.
The 100% match is reasonable, but first-party pages conflict
The homepage offers 100% up to £100
The homepage offers new GB customers a 100% deposit match up to £100 from a minimum £20 qualifying deposit. Opt in during signup and deposit within 31 days.
Deposit and bonus are wagered together 10x on selected slots, or the equivalent of 5x on bingo, within 30 days. A £20 deposit plus £20 bonus therefore means £400 of qualifying slot play or £200 of bingo play. Bonus-related winnings are generally capped at £300, outside specified jackpot exceptions.
A separate live bingo page currently advertises a different package, including a triple deposit match up to £150, 100 spins and 40 tickets. Confirm the exact offer shown during registration rather than combining the packages. Our wagering requirements guide explains the maths.
Scratchcards, spins and competitions appear occasionally
Happy Tiger keeps ongoing promotions fairly simple. Scratchcard rewards, bonus spins and social competitions can appear, rather than a large permanent reload calendar.
Read each offer separately for eligibility, expiry, wagering and cashout restrictions.
There is no loyalty programme
Happy Tiger says it does not have a loyalty programme and does not currently plan to introduce one.
That may not matter to occasional bingo players, but high-volume players have no published points rate, tier ladder or VIP benefits to value before joining.
PayPal convenience comes with a 3% withdrawal fee
Happy Tiger lists Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Apple Pay, PayPal and Instant Bank Transfer. Availability and direction can vary by account, so check the authenticated cashier.

Our withdrawal took 1 day. This was our experience, not a guaranteed processing time for every cashout.

| Instant Bank Transfer | Listed as instant | Free from £10 |

The operator publishes no withdrawal ceiling. Its timing figures start after approval and are not an observed average, so verification and internal review can still affect the total wait. The 3% PayPal charge is the main cashier weakness.
Both native apps rate well, with Android at 4.2
Happy Tiger has native apps for both major mobile platforms. The UK App Store currently shows 4.6 out of 5 from 937 ratings, while Google Play shows 4.2 out of 5 from 919 reviews and more than 50,000 downloads.
Store scores are public opinions rather than performance guarantees, but both apps sit above four stars on large samples.
Both apps carry the same in-house bingo and slots proposition as the browser site. Our best UK casino apps guide provides a wider comparison.

A real freephone line is useful, but its hours are limited
Happy Tiger lists UK freephone 0800 102 6335, email at support@happytiger.co.uk and an online support system. Phone hours are 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 2pm to 8pm at weekends.
That is better than a chatbot-only setup, but it is not round the clock. Formal complaints that remain unresolved after the internal process can be referred to eCOGRA; the terms allow up to eight weeks for internal resolution.
Loss limits, cooldowns and GAMSTOP cover different needs
Happy Tiger provides personal loss limits, activity reminders, cooldowns and longer self-exclusion periods. Cooldown choices run from two hours to six weeks, while self-exclusion can run from six months to five years.
GAMSTOP applies across participating British operators, while account-level controls apply to Happy Tiger. Choose the broader register when blocking only this account would not be enough.
A strong small bingo site, if its limited range suits you

We score Happy Tiger 4.1 out of 5. Its in-house games, active UK licence, well-rated apps and healthy public feedback stand out, but the smaller game range, conflicting welcome pages, absent loyalty programme and 3% PayPal withdrawal fee are clear weaknesses.
It suits players who want a focused bingo and slots account with distinctive games. Players who want thousands of mainstream slots, deep live casino choice or fee-free PayPal withdrawals should look elsewhere.
