Mega Casino Review

Frequent promotions give regular players more to browse

Mega Casino has been operating since 2013 and sits on the SkillOnNet platform, with 5,000+ games from more than 50 providers. The lobby covers slots, blackjack, roulette, live casino, jackpots and instant games, with names such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play'n GO represented.

There is plenty happening outside the game library too. Daily Picks personalise offers inside your account, Prize Twister runs every Wednesday and regular slot tournaments give active players more to do than simply wait for another deposit bonus.

The welcome package combines a 100% match up to £25 with 50 Big Bass Bonanza spins, although both the bonus and spin winnings have 10x wagering.

Mega Casino is strongest for sheer choice and frequent promotions. The weaker points are less transparent payment information and gaps in live-chat coverage overnight.

Pick the bonus before placing any cash bets

Worth knowing before you dive in: Mega Casino asks for ID verification up front, before you can even make a deposit. That's different from most UK sites, which usually wait until your first withdrawal. So, have your driving licence or passport - and proof of address - handy from the get-go.

1. Go to megacasino.co.uk and click the register button.
2. Enter your phone number and date of birth.
3. Fill in your name, email address, and create a password.
4. Verify your phone number and email.
5. Complete identity verification before depositing.
6. Once you're in, go to Daily Picks and select your welcome bonus before placing any bets.

Don't skip this last step. If you bet any of your own money before picking your bonus from Daily Picks, you lose the offer - no wiggle room on this one.

SkillOnNet’s 2023 settlement is part of its regulatory record

Mega Casino is operated by Skill On Net Ltd, registered in Malta (Reg. No. C50024).

• Licence Number: 039326-R-319358-059
• Status: Active (since November 2014)
• Publicly verifiable on the Gambling Commission register

SSL encryption keeps your data safe, and GAMSTOP is in place for those who want to self-exclude across UK sites. The random number generators are audited, though we couldn't pin down the exact certifying body during our research - something we always make a note of. Player funds are kept separate, as per UKGC rules.

There is one regulatory hiccup worth flagging. In May 2023, Skill On Net Ltd paid a £305,150 settlement to the UKGC over anti-money laundering and safer gambling issues between January 2021 and December 2022. The case is closed and an independent audit followed. Since then, there have been no further issues - Mega Casino remains properly licensed and active in the UK.

Video poker and scratchcards broaden the games menu

We think the games library is the real draw here. With 8,000+ titles from over 50 providers - including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and plenty more - you're unlikely to feel short-changed, whether you're a slots fan or prefer live tables.

We didn't spot any in-house exclusives, but the sheer breadth more than makes up for it. The big hitters - Book of Dead, Starburst, Gates of Olympus, Lightning Roulette - are all here. We especially like the Hot & Cold feature, which highlights games that have paid out recently. It's a quirky touch, and we don't see it often at UK casinos.

RTP information is accessible on individual game info pages. No site-wide average RTP is published.

Mega Casino adds plenty after the welcome, but points value remains unclear

The match and spin winnings each need 10x wagering

Deposit at least £10 after selecting the welcome offer and Mega Casino matches your first deposit 100% up to £25, then adds 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza.

The main terms are:

• 100% match up to £25
• 50 spins at 10p each
• £5 total spin value
• 10x wagering on the matched bonus
• 10x wagering on free-spin winnings
• 30 days to complete the wagering

Claim the maximum £25 bonus and you need £250 of qualifying slot play to clear it.

The spins are separate. If your 50 spins win £12, that £12 creates another £120 of wagering.

Mega Casino also advertises a separate 125-spin Big Bass Splash offer with code 125MEGA, so don't assume both welcome routes can be stacked.

The matched package gives you more moving parts, while the 125-spin route may suit someone who would rather skip the deposit match entirely.

Wednesday Prize Twister needs a qualifying £10 deposit

Prize Twister runs every Wednesday. Make a qualifying £10 deposit and you receive a wheel spin with a guaranteed reward, which can include spins, bonus funds or cash.

Mega Casino also runs regular slot tournaments, including freerolls and buy-in formats, plus personalised Daily Picks inside your account.

That gives the promotions area more life than a casino built around one weekly reload offer.

If you like the SkillOnNet style but want a different rewards setup, PlayOJO is the obvious sister-network comparison.

My Levels progression has no complete points-to-cash table

Mega Casino uses My Levels as its main progression system.

Casino play earns points and moves you through levels, with larger rewards available as you progress. The drawback is transparency: Mega Casino doesn't publish one complete points-to-cash table that lets you calculate the value beforehand.

There is also an invitation-only Mega VIP Casino Club, with benefits such as a dedicated account manager, higher withdrawal limits and VIP competitions.

So there is real loyalty infrastructure here, even if the maths is less visible than we'd like. For more transparent alternatives, see our best UK casino loyalty programmes.

A broad cashier on paper still leaves payout questions

Deposit methods

Deposits are usually instant, though Mega Casino still does not publish clear maximum deposit limits in its public cashier information. The important correction is that Mega Casino's banking coverage is broader than a first glance suggested: 2025 UK payment listings show the main card options alongside PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, Apple Pay, ecoPayz, Sofort and Paysafecard. Some listings also reference instant banking or bank wire transfer options, so the exact cashier view may vary by account, device or verification status.

Withdrawal methods

Withdrawals follow a closed-loop policy where Mega Casino normally sends funds back through the same route used for the deposit. The advertised timeframe is 1-3 business days, but it can stretch to five days if your bank is slow or the account needs extra checks.

The stronger payment range improves Mega Casino's score here, especially with PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly and Apple Pay all listed by current UK review sources. The main drawback is not method choice anymore; it is payout consistency. We still found repeated player complaints around withdrawal delays and extra KYC checks after bigger wins, so this is a good cashier on paper rather than a guaranteed fast-payout casino.

iPhone app feedback is less encouraging than Android’s

Mega Casino has native apps for both iOS and Android, downloadable from the App Store and Google Play. The full game library, account management, and deposits and withdrawals are all accessible on mobile.

App ratings are a mixed bag from what we've seen. On iOS, Mega Casino gets 2.7/5 from 39 reviews, with gripes about slow withdrawals and support. On Android, it's a different story - 4.1/5 from over 500 ratings, with people praising fast load times and easy navigation. If you're on iPhone, we'd suggest checking the latest reviews before diving in. There's always the mobile site if you don't fancy the app route.

Email is the only support route overnight

Live chat is your main option for support, open from 6am to midnight UK time each day. That leaves a six-hour overnight gap with no chat, so bear that in mind if you hit a snag late at night. Email support is always open (support@megacasino.com), usually replying within 24 hours. No phone support is offered.

You'll have to get past a chatbot before speaking to a real person - something that a fair few players mention in reviews. Once you do, staff are typically helpful and on-point. If you need urgent help between midnight and 6am, email is your only route.

Safe Mate brings spending and play time into one view

Responsible gambling tools are built in - deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion are all there. The Safe Mate tool gives you a clear overview of your play time, spending, and activity in one place.

GAMSTOP is supported, and you'll find links to BeGambleAware and GamCare too. All tools live in your account settings, but they're not especially front-and-centre while depositing. Self-exclusion kicks in right away, as the UKGC requires.

Mega Casino offers video-poker variety, but overnight help is thin

Mega Casino stays at 4.3 out of 5.

The strongest argument is the size and activity of the account. There are 5,000+ games from more than 50 providers, frequent tournaments, Daily Picks, Prize Twister and a progression system for regular players.

The welcome offer is decent without being the star attraction. The maximum matched bonus is only £25, while both the match and free-spin winnings carry 10x wagering.

Payment information could be clearer, and support isn't available through live chat all night.

Mega Casino makes more sense for someone who likes a busy casino with constant things to browse than someone choosing purely on signup value. For a wider market comparison, our best UK online casinos covers other large operators.
